only giving one star because it won’t let me put zero. the actual worst retail experience I’ve ever had. joke of a general manager watched his salesman promise me many things when I was trying to get a car from them. he sat in the back the entire time and did nothing. deal was made, all paperwork was signed, we were told we would get a call to pick up the car later in the week. we were told the financing loan was approved. we went to the bank that “approved it”.. it was not approved. I don’t know what kind of scam they were trying to run on me but I’m suing them. they had my husband and I sign all paperwork prior to this. they have all my information and for what? literally go ANYWHERE else. find the next closest Mazda dealer if you really want one. again the manager is a scammer, and poor leadership makes the whole team bad. I also saw a tiktok from someone saying they sold him a lemon and they won’t honor his warranty. I overheard (he was screaming it to his coworkers) that they haven’t been selling any cars lately so hopefully they’ll be shut down soon :)

It's been a while since I returned to Cardinale Mazda of Corona. Service Advisor Steven Pulido took in my CX-9 vehicle for services needed. I was out after a reasonable time waiting and received added advice for an important transmission component that requires service. He made the my decision making easier by applying a discount upfront, not to mention the discounted value by applying a coupon towards the oil change, tire rotation and multiple points inspection services for the day. My car was washed too! Thank you, & more power to you Steven, and Service Crew of Mazda of Corona!

Everyone was, and has been amazing from start to finish. They were so accommodating, and made our experience seamless. I spoke with Krista first, and from there worked with Saul, Mike, and Christopher. Their level of professionalism was the utmost, and they really went above and beyond for us! Because we live further away, we were able to do process everything over the phone, and by the time we got to the dealership all of the paperwork was ready to go. All we had to do was test drive the vehicle, and sign the paperwork. They were able to work with our situation, and we can't thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend CardinaleWay Mazda, without hesitation!!!

I like that I received a car wash with my service . I didn’t like a snake being brought in as a service animal. I stood outside the last 20 minutes. It was especially hard on my knee since I recently had surgery.

UPDATE: DEALERSHIP REFUSES TO COVER ITEMS THAT CALIFORNIA STATES ARE TO NE REPLACED AND OR INSPECTED FOR REPLACEMENT. LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. Tires 7+ years old with dry rot and tread are structurally unsound and dangerous, posing a high blowout risk. The protocol before selling is to replace them immediately, as dry rot constitutes structural failure regardless of tread depth. Selling with known dry rot can lead to liability, while disclosing it is crucial for safety California law does not set a strict, statutory age limit requiring dealerships to replace tires, but industry standards and safety regulations generally recommend replacing tires older than six years, regardless of tread wear. As-Is" Limits: While dealers can sell used cars "as-is," they cannot sell a vehicle with dangerous, known safety defects, regardless of contractual language. In California, used cars are often sold "as-is," meaning the buyer assumes risk for defects. However, dealers are required to disclose known material defects and must ensure vehicles meet safety standards. A car with severely rotted, non-functional suspension (shock absorbers) likely violates safety inspections, providing grounds for legal action or a "lemon law" claim. Yes, rotten, heavily leaking shocks/struts are a significant safety issue that should be replaced before taking delivery of a used car UPDATE: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. THEY SOLD ME MUSTANG THEY ACTUALLY COULD KILL ME IF I DROVE IT. THE TIRES ARE FROM 2018, 2019 and 2023. DRY ROT BAD. THE FRONT SHOCKS ARE COMPLETELY SHOT. I BOUGHT IT ALL OVER THE PHONE AND DROVE 4 AND A HAPF HOURS EACH WAY TO PICK IT UP AT NIGHT. I HAULED OT HOME ON A TRAILER, IT WOULDN’T HAVE MADE IT HOME. MANAGER ROBERT IS LIAR,7 HOURS HAVE GONE BY SINCE HE WAS GOING TO CALL MY HUSBAND BACK IN 20 MINUTES. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS DEALSHIP WHERE OT NEEDS TO BE REPORT AND MONDAY MORNING REACHING OUT TO MY ATTORNEY. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOURSELF AND FAMILY SAFE. I GUESS A BOUGHT DRIVEWAY ART, NOT A CAR TO DRIVE.

We purchased our CX-5 with the help of Noah Hudson from Sales. He was extremely easy to talk to and made the entire transaction stress-free. I highly recommend working with him.
