It was my second time of taking my truck in due to air

It was my second time of taking my truck in due to air conditioning not working. 2nd time they indeed found it had issues. Did the work and thus far working great. Very friendly and nice staff.

Germain Honda is the BEST OF THE BEST.

Germain Honda is the BEST OF THE BEST.... I bought my Accord there in 2017 and have ONLY had the folks at Germain handle and care for it since. They always take great pride in their service and I have such peace of mind on the road thanks to Germain!

This dealership is great at putting lipstick on the pig

This dealership is great at putting lipstick on the pig of their disgusting and dishonest business practices. Do not buy a used car from them or any car for that matter. They will erase any trouble codes or check engine lights before you arrive to test drive the vehicle and happily sell you a car that is a total misrepresentation of what you intended to purchase. Then ignore any contacts to address your concerns. My guess is the positive reviews regarding this dealership are from staff or family members. You’d be safer buying a car from the Dixie Strip.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. My car was ready before the promise time, I will use this dealership again for any service needed.
