On Nov. 16, I brought my Honda Civic in for an oil...

On Nov. 16, I brought my Honda Civic in for an oil change. This was the first time I have used this dealership’s service department. The service rep I worked with was Chris Whitaker. Chris did a great job of explaining what services would be performed and that they use genuine Honda oil filters. It was a good experience and I plan to take my car here for all its maintenance.

I always get my Honda serviced at Germain. I worked with Jason Hardy - He was very helpful, explained all they did to the car. It was a new Honda Hybrid and they were doing the 5000 mile service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Germain and Jason for their courteous and helpful service.
