My Honda Accord will be 8 years old this July 4 but it runs like the day I bought it. That?s thanks to Honda of Jefferson City. They care for my car like it was theirs. I?m planning more years of driving this car because I know Honda will keep it in tiptop shape.

This dealership was extremely helpful and respected the value of my trade in. Salesman was very polite as well as all the sales staff. Was out the door and on my way home with our new vehicle in a matter of minutes.

Good service, easy to schedule an appointment, professional advisors and nice facilities. I would recommend this dealership for scheduled maintenance or repairs. They keep the record of all the repairs and recommendations

Manny in service is excellent!

Manny in service is excellent! I wouldn’t trust my van with anyone else. He will get me in any time I need service-usually oil change and tire rotation. Needed tires this time and he had the ones I wanted at a great price

Julie, the front assistant was helpful.

Julie, the front assistant was helpful. But the actual mechanic working on the car didn’t seem to listen to my requests or information concerning my vehicle. A new starter put in my car in 2021. When I dropped my Honda Pilot off my starter worked, when I picked it up, it no longer worked. No attempt was made to explain or to share the cost of the repair of my starter. That was disappointing.

The Columbia dealer where we bought our Honda couldn’t

The Columbia dealer where we bought our Honda couldn’t get us in for almost two weeks to even diagnose/check for the problem with our cruise and other safety issues Jefferson City Honda got us in and fixed the problem quickly.
