Andrew was my Service Representative and did an excellent job. He listened to my requests, offered services my vehicle needed. The work was quickly and my vehicle was returned to me clean. Service department was professional, helpful, and friendly. Setting appointment was easy, and service was completed in a timely manner. We use Honda of Jefferson City for all the service work on our Odyssey.

Took our car in because i had noticed a few oil drops on
Took our car in because i had noticed a few oil drops on the garage floor and figured it was a loose filter or something as simple. Manny was courteous, quick to attend to the issue and very professional. As it turned out it was the drain plug that wasn't quite tight enough. The drain plug was tightened, the pan and undercarriage cleaned and oil topped off. I got the impression that Manny treats all of his service department customers with respect and courtesy. My wife had the same type of good experience when she brought it in for service.
