Manny in service is excellent!

Manny in service is excellent! I wouldn’t trust my van with anyone else. He will get me in any time I need service-usually oil change and tire rotation. Needed tires this time and he had the ones I wanted at a great price

Julie, the front assistant was helpful.

Julie, the front assistant was helpful. But the actual mechanic working on the car didn’t seem to listen to my requests or information concerning my vehicle. A new starter put in my car in 2021. When I dropped my Honda Pilot off my starter worked, when I picked it up, it no longer worked. No attempt was made to explain or to share the cost of the repair of my starter. That was disappointing.

The Columbia dealer where we bought our Honda couldn’t

The Columbia dealer where we bought our Honda couldn’t get us in for almost two weeks to even diagnose/check for the problem with our cruise and other safety issues Jefferson City Honda got us in and fixed the problem quickly.

Andrew was my Service Representative and did an excellent

Andrew was my Service Representative and did an excellent job. He listened to my requests, offered services my vehicle needed. The work was quickly and my vehicle was returned to me clean. Andrew was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient with a high skill level. Thanks for getting my vehicle ready for the trip!
