Let me start off by saying how polite and non-pushy these gentlemen that work here have been. I’ve been searching for a specific vehicle for over 4 weeks and I finally found it here at Motor City in an amazing condition. I wanted to make sure I was getting all my information before making my purchase but I didn’t even need to ask. The sales Rep Keven directed me step by step through the process and let me know exactly what I was getting into. I’ve done my homework unlike many other people so I knew the price they was offering me could not have been matched by anyone. They gave me a standard warranty that they offer all of there customers and I also opted in for an additional 4 year extended warranty. This is a great atmosphere to purchase a car from, the sales manager even hooked me up with A great insurance company with low monthly payments. These guys really know what they are doing, don’t just take it from me go and check them out for yourself. First off I just want to state how happy I am with my new Mercedes Benz ! After literally 24hrs off searching the web I found my new car right here at Motor City! This place has an amazing inventory. What made things even better was the outstanding service I received from Mez. He was super professional and patient ! He also made sure that I was satisfied as he handled things promptly. Hi this is Sharlene and it was a great pleasure of mines to come across motor city and to meet Mr keven he is a real sales representative he works along you very well and its my first time at his place of business, i would recommend friends and family there. he also helped me look for insurance that was affordable. the first place I went charged me almost 700 a month, he got it for me for half that price. he also went ahead a did the registration and dmv. When I came to pick up my car, he vacuumed the inside and cleaned the car to ensure I did not have to touch anything. Keep up the good work Mr keven.

Bought car from them. Everything went well into the day I had a leak in the motor. I have original warranty from dealer!! also I bought extend Warranty to make sure everything would go smoothly. Far enough extend warranty does not cover the issue. all of this occurred 2-1/2 months after purchase the vehicle. Guess what ??? Still not get fixed also Jose/ Jennifer does not care about talk!! all I hear is put a claim to the extend warranty company. Which I can’t because it does not cover. This dealership is terrible. All you guys out there stay away from this people. Treat you well into you buy. After that, terrible!! does not return phone calls or fix the vehicle. All the sun of of them is in vacation. I end up send the car to BMW dealership e-mail then the inspection video from a mechanic and all the information need. I haven’t hear "Nothing form then" and still under 100 days buyers warranty from them they don’t care!! treat me like crap no respect at all whatsoever. "Please everyone stay away from this dealer" On top of all, with a leak on the motor they want me to drive the vehicle over to the dealer. Seriously? Drive a vehicle 50 miles with a leak mototer ?? Are you kidding me. " people stay away from them" I would not recommend this dealer to anyone stay away !!!
