Mezz and Ken helped me get rid of my old car and into my BMW X5. They helped my wife and I through the whole process and treated us like old friends. They even gave advice on car care and followed up with us to make sure everything was good. I cannot recommend them enough. Motor City is the best auto dealer that I ever deal with. They have an excellent costumer service. Everyone is really nice specially Mezz. He help me out to get a great reliable car at a low cost. I went to nother dealership and they mess my credit bad, the guy here help me out and take care the old problem. Im so happy to find this place. Everyone needs to least stop and see what they will do for you. This by far has to be the worst dealer in queens hands down! These people are straight Con artist; they claim that all there vehicles are certified! Biggest Lie by far, if you don’t have the car checked out from head to toe, you will definitely regret buying. And if you need repairs done to your car they will not fix nothing!! Will never buy from a bootleg dealer ever again!!! My trade in turned out to be in better shape then the vehicle I’ve actually purchased...

I would recommend this dealer for a used car. I came here because of the good reviews. By now you probably notice that many second hand dealers have horrible reviews. Mezz took very good care of me during the purchasing process. Luckily I was able to have all the documents that was necessary for the application process for the financing. I gave him the monthly payment I'm looking forward to paying and he was able to offer a lower payment for two options I preferred. I was happy that I was able to get into a car I would enjoy driving. He also made sure the car was safe by replacing the breaks before the car was sold to me. As I drove the car I realized that there was an issue with the suspensions. Considering the car is second hand, it's understood that parts may need replacing. However Mezz considered the circumstances and was able to help pay for the necessary repairs. Every situation is different. Mezz worked with me and that's the important part. I hope this dealership grows to its full potential. I would recommend this dealership to my closest family members and friends. Thanks Mezz !

Fantastic service from a group of genuine guys! Recently purchased a Lexus IS250 from here! The guys at Motor City really has a strong focus on customer satisfaction! They were able to work around the clock to make sure the car would be in my hands as soon as it could, and sure enough it did! A week later however the car started giving trouble, and naturally my first instict was to hit em up and see whats going on. The guys worked around the clock, and put in time and energy to ensure the car was back and running. I would recommend this place to everyone, these guys are incredible, this was my very first car and it was not easy, but these guys were there for me in every step. Always checked on me every week or more to update me on cars until I found the one to fit my budget. They had patience and were supportive and very attentive. Called before going regarding an online add for a 2008 Honda accord for $8995 verified that is the price no additional fee except paperwork. Lies said I need an additional $4500 + the sales price. I was so disappointed in that sales tactic to get me to come to Jersey from NY. Of course the best they can do is wave the $495 paperwork fee. I walked out
