Thanks to Barb Kinne and the wonderful Blasius team, I am now driving around in a beautiful Mercedes Benz. Very helpful and more than accommodating. Financing options were made available, and the whole process went very smooth.

Highly recommend Blasius Auto group when buying ve

Our salesperson, Lauren made our transaction of buying a used vehicle very smooth. No pressure. She was very professional, knows her business and was a delight to work with. Sometimes buying a vehicle can become a nightmare, but much to our surprise this was not. Would highly recommend Blasius Auto group

So it all started out well for the sale of my truck of course. It’s everything after that, that went to xxxx. The shocks are shot and they say the shocks are fine- another shop agreed with me but I’m not going to pay for new shocks when the car is under the 60 day warranty. Within a week a check engine light went on- they “fixed” it. Ok great- except the check engine light came on again THE NEXT DAY. By now it’s the 3rd visit in which I had to drop off the truck dragging my wife and toddler with us as we needed to get back home while they kept the truck to be fixed. First visit for the “I owe you” seat upholstery fix. Second for the first check engine. Third for the second check engine. I go in asking for an extended warranty since there’s obviously issues they are not addressing properly. They laughed at us and their best “offer” was to take the truck back but we would pay all the fees and registration etc since it’s “not their money it’s the states money”. So we will see how long this truck lasts me. Horrible customer service from Bobby. Maybe their service will improve- but it probably won’t. Don’t buy a car here expecting it to be a good one and don’t expect to get good service or for them to fix their mistakes.

Wonderful!

I emailed Blasius about a car I found on a third party website at an ungodly hour in the morning. Jim wrote me back ridiculously quick for the ungodly hour of the morning it was. He constantly took my calls, answered all my questions. I had everything set up to go when I got there so long as I loved the test drive. I loved the test drive. The most painless auto buying experience of my life, and I’ve probably had 10 cars in the past 20 years.

Kayla - thanks for you business, we are thrilled to hear that your had a first class experience from start to finish at Blasius Pre-Owned. Best of luck with your new vehicle and Safe Travels.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I cannot caution you enough — DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. And, whatever you do, do NOT buy their ‘Tires for Life’.

I did that and it’s a ploy to just get more money from you. I had a leak in my tire and went to get it serviced at Blasius. Despite having a 9:15a appointment, I was waiting there for 2.5 hours for them to ‘seal’ the tire.

I then drove home and noticed the pressure was still continually going down. Once again, I went to Blasius for an hour and they ‘re-sealed’ the tire.

Guess what? Still leaking. Clearly they had no idea what they were doing.

I then asked for my ‘Tires for life’ money back because they were continually asking me to pull hours out of my day, which I did not have and did everything in their power to NOT replace a clearly defective tire.

They just wanted their money. As a regular at Blasius throughout the years, they just lost this customer. I’d probably have gone there for the rest of my life for my vehicle if they just replaced my tire.

Instead, I spent 600 dollars on ‘Tired for life’ for nothing and am going to end up buying a new tire elsewhere.

Terrible business with uncaring, unapologetic staff.

We are sorry that your experience was clearly not up to par. Our Director of Fixed Operations has reached out to you to see if we can help alleviate the problem. It appears that either the tires on the vehicle were an incorrect size or that the was a bead leak between the rim and rubber. In either case, we offer our apologies. We do stand behind our Tires for Life program that has served many customers very well over the years and sincerely regret that your experience did not measure up to expectations. We would love to have the opportunity to change your perception in the future.

Bad transmission

My wife and I went to the dealership to look for a bigger car for our family we had a 2016 Chevy tracks low mileage And the only car they had that was big for our family in our price range at the time was that Nissan pathfinder now they did not tell us anything about the car no paperwork on what was done to it They claim it was one owner car but they have no paperwork to show us that it was a one owner car.I feel like they took a vantage of us gave us a crappy solution after two weeks of having the car the transmission went at first they said they cannot do anything then going back-and-forth all day on the phone they said we would have to Pay for a transmission and they will put it in for us for free that is before they found out my wife Had posted a unpleasant review on the website they called me the next day giving the biggest attitude in the world And saying that they don’t know if they want to help us and that they have to talk to the boss then they called me back saying they will help but in the meantime I want to get a second opinion.A transmission place said it was not good to put a used transmission stay CVT in the car so their solution for their mess up not telling us anything about the transmission they wanna put a used transmission in and have us pay for it. I believe this is bad business and this is not how a business should operate and treat the customers They should be shut down in out of business for what they’re doing to all these customers.Tell you the truth I don’t think they know how to run a business they are Corrupted I would never ever recommend anybody to the dealership

Kim – Unfortunately, as stated on the Buyers Guide, the 2013 Pathfinder was sold As IS. Connecticut law states if the car costs less than $3,000 or is more than 7 years old the dealer can sell the car “As Is” (meaning no warranty) if the dealer provides a disclaimer on the front page of the contract. The customer would then indicate their acknowledgement of the disclaimer, which you had done. This is why we strongly recommend that customers purchase an extended warranty on vehicles that fall under this category. We understand that this is an unfortunate situation and regret that this has happened. As you know, our management team is currently working with you so that you understand your rights and help find the best resolution for you.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I went to purchase an Audi Q5 I saw advertised on CarGurus. The listing said the car had NAVI but it didn’t. Their price was a lie. They were very aggressive with trying to force you to use their financing. I’d never refer them to anyone and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. I ended up purchasing a car in NJ and I am So happy I did.
