Dealer will price pack useless items or services into your sales price. The finance manager will make your car purchase as is if you don't buy a service contract. In this day and age selling a vehicle as is tells me they know something is wrong. Staff was rude, and they are selling cars before they have titles in hand. Buyers Beware

Mr Rob Generali, was very helpful on helping me finding what I was looking for! I have brought other cars from different dealership’s but Rob and Blasius dealership made the buying process simple and easy! I was glad I went there before I started looking at other dealerships everyone was very helpful I would recommend Blasius and to see Mr.Generali Thank you!! Sincerely Rene Huiban.

Rene - thank you for choosing Blasius Pre-Owned. We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Best of luck with your vehicle and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Be careful with this business. Went to finance and they quoted be 8% but doing the math it was 12%. I did the calculations on an app and they told me it was wrong. No, they were wrong and blamed the bank, it was them trying to scam me. They put new tires on the veichle but when o got on the highway it was vibrating. I called and they said they couldn’t see me for a week. I brought it to a tire store and was told each tire was severely out of balance. 1 week later I got a change engine oil soon message, really you sell cars without an oil change? Worst car dealership I have bought from. BEEARE!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR HERE! I don't even know where to start because there are so many bad things I could write about so I will try to use a bullet point format. 1. Hidden Fees - $1,000 for a Stargard 'theft recovery' GPS which my insurance company (Travelers) told me was useless and gave me no break on my insurance.. $400 for 'accident avoidance' which involved making the middle brake light flash, and they actually never installed it on my car, but still charged me for it!. 2. Dealer Conveyance of $997 which is so crazy on a $29K car, and certainly among the highest, if not the highest in Connecticut 3. Sales guy had the Auto Check report on his screen (but would not print it out) and he told me the car was in a minor accident, but that Auto Check "doesn't give any detail". Wrong - I got the report later (after I had purchased the car) and the Auto Check clearly stated at the very beginning of the report, that the car was in a frontal collision and had to be towed! Crazy that he could lie to me like that! 4. I was going to pay cash for car because after my trade-in, I only had a balance of $3K. But Sales guy spoke with his sales manager who said if I financed the car, and added an extra $12K to the amount being financed (and they would cut me a check for $12K a month later), I could get a better deal (and he said Blasius would get a "small kick in" from the financing company). The sales guy said I could pay off the loan after 3 months, with no pre-payment penalty, but the sales manager who was standing near-by corrected him and said I had to wait 5 months to avoid pre-payment penalty. Turns out neither of them were telling the truth because when I called the bank about a month into my loan, they told me there was no pre-payment penalty! Blasius wanted me to pay interest on their $12k loan for five months, which would have cost me almost $500! Really shady dealership. I sold the car as soon as I finally received the title, and lost $4,500 on the whole terrible decision to buy a car from them.

Bizarre, I live a four hour drive away from the place and requested an "out the door" quote on an auto. First, they said "sure," but then the salesperson emails me and says it really would be "better" if I saw the vehicle in person before looking at a quote. I replied, at that point, I was merely trying to decide whether i wanted to drive down there. THEN, they just plain REFUSED! Said they "didn't send out purchase agreements"??? I didn't WANT a "purchase agreement," I just wanted some idea of the final total cost! I've NEVER had something like that happen before when shopping for a car. On my own, given what data they offered, I decided 15,250 was a fair offer. They came back demanding 17,800!!!! What he said: "All of our cars come with these protection packages and are priced on to them! Recovr GPS System and Safety Avoidance System are installed on every vehicle when it arrives at our dealership.. The Recovr System protects your vehicle with the most advanced and easy-to-use system. Money back guarantee to all of our customers if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered! Protect your new asset as soon as possible. The Safety Avoidance System uses Pulse Braking technology and is installed to your third brake light (the high mount brake light in the rear). When the driver engages the braking system, this light will pulse from left to right alerting any person behind you that you are braking. Most rear collisions occur because so many drivers today do not pay attention to what is in front of them. A great safety feature for all of our customers!" Can you BELIEVE that? They want an additional TWO GRAND for THAT???? A new way to spell xxxxxxx: "BLASIUS."

I was very excited seeing the price on cars.com. Then when you get the quote it has thousands of dollars in extra items. The people were very nice and attentive to questions and e-mails. I just think that you should be honest about the real price of the car. When people find out about it, it's a big turn off. I don't know about you but when I see the price of a car I always expect wiggle room on the way down not thousands more on the upside. And they offered me 2500 less then 2 ford dealers on trade.

The car advertised for $8999 ultimately cost over $13,000. Absurd extras that I didn't need, plus a $1000 dealer fee, increased the price by over $4000. Stay away from this dealer.

I had pretty much the same experience as other customers. Sold a xxx Chevy Tahoe that has been in the shop 6 times since October of last year. They claimed they replaced the shocks and the vacuum brake booster, and charged it to my after market warranty but did not. Long list of issues totaling thousands of dollars. Empty dry trans fluid, bad strut, no sway bad links, 4 bad shocks, large hole in leather seat covered up, bad brakes and rotors, bad vacuum brake boosters, broken leaking sunroof, broken infotainment screen, etc hundreds of dollars in rental fees later.. changed things on contract agreement, thanks BLASIUS for scamming me!
