Great dealership

They made the buying process very easy. I was given excellent customer service. I would definitely consider buying another car from them. I recommend them anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

Service Dept has a serious communication problem. Have...

Service Dept has a serious communication problem. Have had my JEEP going on 3wks- was at the dealership 4 days before it was even looked at. Told part was in(gasket for oil leak) I have to call them, when I do talk to someone (usually after being placed on hold for over 15 mins- I get the run around- please just be honest and upfront COMMUNICATION IS NOT A STRONG SUIT WITH THIS DEPT. I hate to name, names because the employees were never rude- just didn’t keep me informed

Service Department

I had an incident where 4 warning messages came across my car's dash so as soon as I got home I called the dealership. Chris was amazing, got me an appointment for the next day. She kept me updated on what was going on and was there when I came to pick up my car.

Came, saw, bought, REGRET!

Great experience before the purchase! After Sale, not so much! Four months after purchase dealership cannot resolve Title?registration issue. And worse is that no one will bother to return a call. Very unprofessional and talk about shoot yourself in the foot. Where am I going to buy a vehicle next time? How likely will I recommend Bob Richards?

Great Before purchase. After purchase? HA

Such a great experience before purchase! After purchase not so much. Four months and dealer cannot fix Title/Registration problem. And no one will return a call. Sorry state of affairs. Where will I buy next time? Will I recommend this dealership to anyone? Will I make a point of complaining about this dealership given half a chance? GUESS :-)

Chrysler Rip Off

NOTICE CHRYSLER-GARMIN-HERE-BOB RICHARDS DEALERSHIP. I continue to have no navigations. This is not a warranty issue. This is defective product....... I purchased a Map update that was recommend by Chrysler and produced by Garmin and sent out by HERE. That was in May- the map update has a problem that ALL four company's are aware of and when it erased my maps and damaged a chip in my radio. I was told " I" would have to purchase a new radio $815.00. Since then, while all admit they are aware of the problem - they will NOT fix my problem. Chrysler-Garmin-HERE-Bob Richards have passed the buck and will not help me. Too bad so sad is all I get. NOT HAPPY
