I recently moved here from out of state, and although I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, I have been getting my car serviced at Schumacher Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. Today I had a question/issue for service dept. in that my GPS had not been working properly. Unfortunately, I am still heavily relying on my GPS as I am in sales and cover all of southern Florida for my sales geography. I spoke with Tamiko today in service and she was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond the call of duty and had saved me a trip of having to set an appointment to come in to remedy the issue I was having with my GPS/ Bluetooth functionality. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone on need of their service.

My husband and I went into Infiniti of Palm Springs to possibly purchase a Q50 about a month ago. Max Hager was very informative, professional and he didn’t put pressure on us to buy. Since we don’t buy anything fast, we came back a month later and once again Max was very patient and courteous. So much so that my husband and I have owned 3 Maxima’s, and 1 Infiniti in the past as we tend to keep our vehicles a very long time. However, after purchasing our new QX50 from Max last week, we are considering possibly trading in about 3 to 4 years with Max. We trust him to have our backs. He is very honest. Danny Solozano is far and beyond anyone I've ever worked with at a car dealership or service EVER. To say he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of, respected, and get the level of service and hospitality they deserve is an understatement. He's the first person in the car industry I've met that is truly trustworthy, kind and has the utmost integrity. From making sure my car only gets the service it needs and not trying to pack on services like a lot of places do, to making sure I get the best rate possible and that my car is always safe to drive. They had to keep my car overnight on one occasion and he made sure I received a beautiful courtesy vehicle. Also after suspecting rodents may be hanging out inside my hood, he personally looked up a spray to help the situation and send it to me so my wires won't get chewed. He's communicative, professional and deserves more than 10 stars if I could. Infiniti is incredibly blessed to have him on their team.
