I very much appreciate the pick up and drop off service. It is such a huge help for a busy working person with so many other responsibilities. The fact that I am able to go to work and have my car picked up and returned to me without having to tap into family or friends for help with transportation is a wonderful benefit. For me it is a primary factor in building loyalty both in getting the car serviced there AND when I'm ready to replace my car. I also appreciate when you wash my car! And this time they vacuumed too. Woo-Who!!

Dropped car off and was met at the door. Helped me get my stuff out to transfer to my cousin's car who picked me up. Told me they would call when they were done and verified the phone number and did exactly what they said. Told me my tires are still fine, changed the oil and did regular point check up. Advised that in near future I need work done on rear struts since they show weakness. Car is 2011 and I live in Lake County where the roads are attrocious so I' m not surprised.. Leroy Concord area.

Mike Pitrowski is a great guy to work with, everyone at the Kia Dealer was pleasant and friendly.

We were greeted as we arrived at dealership, and immediately were shown different Kia vehicles. After a test drive, we went inside to discuss options. Since they were not exactly what I wanted, salesperson looked into dealer trade. Finally, procured my first choice from a dealer trade in Cincinnati. Once the vehicle arrived at Preston, we picked it up and were very pleased with the car and the excellent deal we received.

Having your car serviced is just a stressful situation- there's no two ways about it. That being said, Preston Kia did everything they good to alleviate the stress and accommodate my busy work schedule. The extended drop-off/pick-up hours were ideal and the availability of a loaner car made the service possible for me. And as an added bonus, the staff of Preston Kia are tremendously friendly and helpful. I also felt like the service changes were very reasonable. Will definitely return to Preston Kia for future auto needs!

I want to thank Preston Kia for service provided and the generosity of the staff I didn't get a name of the two women but I appreciate them going out their way to make sure I was comfortable, cared for as an individual. when I paid for my service the kind lady knew I missed lunch and that I hadn't eaten and she gave me her banana such a kind person. thank you for everything above and beyond.

Preston's customer service is second to none. they made me feel as if i was a person buying a 40,000 dollar car rather than a used car. they where polite and Mr. Preston himself came out and asked me if there was anything they could do for us beyond what they where already doing. Jim ( sorry cant remember last name) was outstanding even offered us pizza while we waited for paperwork to be processed.
