Treated like a customer instead of a number

I am so happy I leased two Kia Sportages from Preston Kia. They very knowledgeable, not pushy, and worked with us on our financing. Unlike larger dealerships, my wife and I felt like we were treated like friends instead of like a number. Would recommend working with Elise, Scott, Ed and James.

Preston is the place to shop for your car Family o

Bob Powell, Danielle Dardis, and Bill Preston all made this a pleasant car buying experience. Danielle was very knowledgeable about the K5 , and she explained everything and features. When I said, "Hey Danielle,I'm old this is gonna take a lot of repetition for me to learn it " she told me If you ever have any questions or need help, just call!!! Wife and I both leased 2019 Chevy Equinox 's from Preston, I traded mine in and decided to purchase this All wheel drive K5. I feel they gave me a fair trade in for my 2019 Equinox. Also very pleased with Preston's service departments, And I like how Preston gives back to the community!

Love my Preston family!

Once again Preston Kia did not cease to amaze me!! I live in Columbus but come back to Cleveland for all of my car needs. My mother and I went in this morning to sign papers to purchase my leased vehicle. Ed, Tom Barrett, and the guy who took care of the loan process (sorry forgot his name) made sure to keep my payments at an affordable price for me. EVERYONE at Preston is amazing!! I will forever be a loyal customer at Preston Kia. I have been dealing with them for probably 9 yrs and have ALWAYS been satisfied. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Preston today and he is GREAT!! He walked around to each and every customer and introduced himself and shook everyone's hand. Thank you to everyone for always being so kind...I feel like I'm a part of the family 😊

Awesome service

Great service. I never have to wait very long to get my car in or while getting regular service. Everyone is always so nice and they make sure I am taken care of.

Great Experience

Bruce Friedman is the man. He demonstrated three different models til we landed in the perfect Kia. I’m super pleased with my 2021 Sorento S AWD.

Doing the right thing!!

If you have a problem with work there they will make it right!! Took extra good care of my cars. Customer service is there number 1!! Customer happiness too.

UNREAL !

Daughter bought car in 2019 on 2/15/ lost car in car non collision car fire . Was Blamed by Salesman that it was her fault ! Because she went to Walmart for an oil Change. I cannot believe that the salesman that sold her the car would actually do something like that She almost died in that car fire and all they could do was try to blame her for it going on fire ! That is in My Opinion Absolutely Disgusting and Uncalled for. Will never let her go to them again !

2021 KIA Sportage S w/Night Shadow Pkg

Dealt with Jason Saros, did a pre-approval credit report so by the time we came into the dealership there were no surprises, all went smoothly. Very satisfied, this is our 4th leased vehicle with Preston and will be back again for another!
