Recently purchased a 2021 tRav4 with 470 miles and was re-built title vehicle. First red flag should have been that I called ahead and asked them to have vehicle ready since I was driving 2 hours to get there. The car wouldn't start and the doors wouldn't even unlock. Then there was damage to the interior that they said they were unaware of. Before I picked up the car 2 weeks later it was supposed to be repaired. Then when I arranged to pick the car up once again it wasn't ready. They did not do all the interior repairs. As I am leaving the dealership I tried to adjust the mirrors and the passenger mirror wouldn't work. I contact the sales guy immediately and he said Mr. Kahn would call me back. No call back even though I reached out to them 4 times. I also found the rear cross traffic sensor doesn't work and also the blind spot monitoring. They claimed I had a 2 month warranty but they won't respond. To go back is 4 hours of driving. Ridiculous that I couldn't get a response for issues with a vehicle that still only has 700 total miles on it.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and upon

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and upon delivery it had a coolant light on. The tires rubbed due to the aftermarket suspension that was not disclosed and the lights were pointed directly at the ground so it was impossible to drive at night. We took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership they had to replace a coolant sensor and reservoir, they said that the auxiliary battery was dead and needed to be replaced, they said that the 22 inch rims that were on it and the lowered suspension were the reasons why the tires were rubbing so we need a new rims and tires, they also said that the lights were adjusted up as far as they could and they cannot adjust them up further. New suspension was going to be $8000. We brought all of this to the attention of the dealership and they said there is absolutely nothing that they can do. It has been 45 days we still do not have a title the dealership won’t speak to us so we are going to proceed with legal action. Buyer beware do not buy from this dealership.

No good! Scam! Do not buy from them!

Do not buy! I have had an issue with a 2017 Infiniti qx30 s I purchased from this dealership. I have also not received a title for the vehicle after 49 days. I have contacted the dealership and no one will return my calls. I am going to have to obtain legal counsel and sue the company. Do not buy from here!

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

The car-buying process itself went smoothly, but that has been the only good part of my experience with AX Autos. Within the first month of ownership, the car I purchased has caused the following issues: broken seat motor, cylinder 1 and 5 misfire, faulty air intake, wheels were mounted to the car incorrectly, and the transmission needs $4,000 of work due to a faulty throw out bearing that has caused considerable damage long before I purchased the car. Does any of this sound like a vehicle that passed the advertised rigorous 150-point inspection? I don't think so. Also, I was sold an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle, I've had extended warranties on my previous 2 cars. Come to find out, AX Autos sold me a warranty that my car is EXCLUDED from!! The warranty contract specifically denies coverage to vehicles with rebuilt titles. Since AX Autos specializes in selling rebuilt cars, you would think they would at least sell you a warranty that covers such vehicles. It's hard to believe that they didn't know they were selling unusable warranties. I can only imagine how many other people have been sold warranties that are useless, and will be completely uncovered when a mechanical fault occurs. I've been trying to get a hold of the general manager at AX Autos to process the cancellation of this extended warranty; countless phone calls and messages left, in-person visits, and emails later and I still can't get in contact with the person in charge. How can you manage a dealership and also be completely unreachable? If you're looking to purchase a used car, look far, far, FAR away from AX Autos. I paid over $15,000 to purchase headache after headache. Run away!

Good people, that are good for thier word.

I just want to say that my experience with Lachelle, which was my salesperson was wonderful. She was personable and willing to do everything to help me with my purchase. Lachelle kept me informed thru the whole process. She was easy to access, anytime I had questions. I was very satisfied with Lachelle's service. On that note if all your sales people work as hard as that young lady your business will thrive. Now when I received my vehicle everything looked outstanding, but there were things that I had question about. When I asked Lachelle about it, she was very helpful and explained to me that I would have to speak to her supervisor. Mr Khan. Mr Khan asked me to send pictures on what was missing on the truck but I haven't herd anything back. Now this is just me thinking if Lachelle can stay in contact with me through everything and she works for Mr Khan. I believe she could give some tips on how to treat the customers. I've spent a lot of money on the truck that your company sold me, all I ask is that people be up front. With all that being said that sales lady meaning Lachelle could give out tips to supervisors. Now I just want to say that my experience with Lachelle was wonderful and she did everything she said she would. I'm not fully satisfied because there are other things that I've found but that's on me for buying without seeing the vehicle in person. But I sent Mr Khan pictures like he asked and never received any feed back. Good business on one had with the sales person (Lachelle) bad business on the other hand with Mr Khan. I'm very satisfied but not completely happy, because you have outstanding people working for you like Lachelle, then you turn around and someone else puts a bad taste in your mouth.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought the car 9/16, took for emissions 9/20 (it failed even though I was assured there was nothing wrong) , brought car back to be serviced 9/21. My car is still in the shop (today is 10/4). I was given a loaner car....however they stated someone wanted to purchase it and would drive a new one out to me to switch....but when they got here the 1st loaner wouldn't start (not the battery bc it cranks but doesn't start) . So they were about to sell ANOTHER bad car. They sent out two more people to work on it in my driveway all day....only to leave it in my driveway without even a word to me. The owner was here as well and did not speak to me at all. The car has been here 3 days so far. IF YOU BUY A GREY 2012 HONDA CIVIC FROM THEM, JUST KNOW IT WAS BROKEN DOWN IN MY DRIVEWAY RIGHT BEFORE YOU PURCHASED IT. I have requested a full refund and just them to keep the Caliber I purchased bc I have absolutely no faith that they will give me my car in drivable condition. I am filing a report with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!
