absolutely best

I came from Florida to GA buy benz for my wife .This is a place you can absolutely rely on. Mayra is a wonderful girl, enthusiastic and professional. She is very patient even when my language is not good. At the same time, abrar is also a great young GM. I got a great Mercedes Benz here. Listen.I've done deals with a lot of dealers.(It's all in Florida).but Ax auto is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. well,I’ll come back in the future for sure.

Horrible Dealership stole 12500 “

This dealership stole 12500 from me a disabled veteran and refused to honor their own contract to repair my Tesla. I would bot recommend this dealer to anyone unless you feel comfortable loosing 12500 for a vehicle that wasn’t near what I expected.

I went to Atlanta (from NC) in early August to purchase a vehicle for my granddaughter, who after graduating from college in June, was starting her first career job in early September. The vehicle was exactly as promised, but even after my payment check had cleared and the vehicle had been transported to me, there were difficulties with the new title. My primary salespersons were Sami and Lachelle, both of whom were completely professional and helpful, but it was Abrar (and Oksana) who went to extraordinary lengths to get the paperwork corrected and sent to me by overnight FedEx. Abrar especially went FAR, FAR BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, and deserves the most special recognition for his efforts. I am beyond satisfied and delighted with the way in which AX Auto handled my purchase, and give them my highest endorsement, with very special thanks to Abrar. Abrar was so helpful with our car purchase experience. I wasn't even the purchaser, and he couldn't have been nicer as he helped navigate the complexities of re-titling the car across state lines. He was responsive, communicative, polite, and did what he said he'd do in a timely manner. I was so impressed!

Discrimination

I went in to test drive a 370z and decided that I liked the car a lot. They said they were running my credit report. When the man came back, he said that they could not approve me because I have late payments on my record. I know that was xxxxxxxx so I just left. Had they ran an actual credit check and found accurate information, he would have seen that I made double and early payments on the last car I financed and owned also that my credit score is well over 680 and that I have already owned 2 cars and make great income. They were discriminating against me because it was hot that day and my curls fell out my head making me look a hot mess. It was their loss because I found the same car at Ed Voyles for a cheaper price and much nicer staff!

Snow white 2017

Wow is all I can say. Nothing but complete satisfaction working with Lachelle. She was so patient with my decisiveness. I can for a Mazda, Honda, or Nissan. She had to show me several different cars but she was the one that stuck with me despite it all. The entire dealership was welcoming but Lachelle was so down to earth. She joked and had full conversation with both me and my daughter to smooth the hideous process of buying a car over. Overall, I bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima with black trim which I call "snow white"...
