Good to go

I bout a 2013 Impala great car , and the owner work out a great deal for me since I had no credit. The only problem I had with it was from letting Firestone work on it. I had a lot of problems afterwards . I bought a 2012 twelve also Same model. Had both cars over a year before problems accrued , I think it was from the out of team mechanics that service it , go with the people they introduce you to for everything.

Stay AWAY

Bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger for $6,500. The dealer told me everything was fine on the car that the car had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. 3 days later the car is now over heating and now I’m out $6,500. I call the dealer to tell him what’s going on with the car and he says “ there’s nothing I can do you must have crashed the car and laughs” I was scammed and sold a lemon by this dealer ship. Stay away from this Dealer ship please put them out of business.

Rip off / scammers

They talked with me on a Sunday and tried to get me to make a down payment on a vehicle that didn’t even exist when I showed up there on Monday. Thankful to God I didn’t make that down payment. Horrible horrible experience.

Pretty Good Dealer

People were very nice and forthcoming with information. They answered all of our questions without hesitation. We had previously done a CarFax on the vehicle we were looking at and the information on it was different than what Car Gurus said; so the dealer gave us a little bit of a better price. Only complaint is that the lot is very small and challenging to look around in. My best advice- ALWAYS get a CarFax

Buyer be aware

So, I had been shopping for a vehicle for a while when I saw a vehicle that I liked from this dealer on Car Gurus. I never tried to contact this dealer by email but by phone. In speaking with him, I asked about the website. He directed me to the site but was honest in saying that he had more vehicles and also does not update site often so there may be a difference in options once I visit the location. I finally saw something that I wanted from the dealer again on Car Gurus and contacted dealer again. He gave me the address to the location via text. When I arrived at the dealer I thought, how can I test drive anything? The cars were bumper to bumper and parked closely together. The dealer said no problem and began to move vehicles so I could test drive different cars. Now, I test drove 3 vehicles and all had so sort of issue. One was the engine light, the other 2 was brakes. The dealer explained that because the cars was sitting and the dust from the road work that it could cause the brakes to squeal. As I test drove cars and looked under the engine I noticed that the cars do not have oil changes. Dealer later stated that they can not do oil changes at this location so none of the cars get them. I did find a car to my liking with no noticeable issues and made a purchase. The car is running fine and I feel that I bought a good vehicle. To speak on the owner, I feel like if he is asked, then he will share. He was very up front and answered the questions that I had. I feel like he may need a new person to inspect his vehicles as the man seemed like he was doing the bare minimum. I also feel that he need a bigger lot for the process to be easier on him and the customer. Overall, I liked the experience and felt that the dealer was trying to work with me. He does care about the vehicles that he sales. The cars are sold as is but they do have warranties that you can invest in. Note to all buyers, when your looking for a vehicle watch out for everything. Don't be so caught up in getting a new car that you don't buy attention to minor details. Look under the hood, test drive and if something doesn't feel right then don't purchase. The dealer is a good person and will try to work with you. He stated "when you treat a car bad, it will be bad to you."

HORRIBLE!!!!

We bought a car for our daughter and 10 days later it broke down and left her stranded on the side of the rode. We found 10 problem codes that had been erased from the car. We went back to talk to the dealer and he wouldn't even work with us to get this resolved.
