0 star everything... I had corresponded with this "dealership", regarding a vehicle. The vehicle looked nothing like the pics in the ad. They sit in the office, while you walk around looking at their inventory. Poor customer service. All vehicles have some sort of damage to the exterior. They don't use carfax, & won't give you one either. They said carfax is too expensive, so they cancelled their subscription. When in reality, they just want to help you clear their junkyard. They say warranty in the ad, but when you get there, it's a sold as is sign in the window. Also, be sure to get a mechanic and/or state inspection before purchasing their salvage vehicles. You'll thank me later!

I am very interested in a vehicle and have sent multiple emails asking for information. After initial response stating vehicle is available I haven't received a single response to emails asking for specific information. The dealership is too far for me to travel to if a deal can't be made. Hopefully I can get that information and be able to update to a more satisfactory rating

I wrote several emails asking about a Ford 150 that was selling for about 8,000 and I received no reply.

I contacted this business about a car and never heard anything back.

I would never send anyone to them ever i went to see a ford freestyle and they had it so packed they had to back up the car behind it so we could look at it. When asked has it been in a wreck they said no when clearly it had been and when we turned it on it sounded horrible

They sold the car I originally wanted but cut me a good deal on another one. They do NO inspections or oil changes on the vehicles so the next day I did have to take it to get an oil change and transmission flush.

My daughter needed a car so we went here to get one. A 2007 Cobalt. They SAID the car was inspected and nothing was wrong with it. It does have a good inspection. However they must have either done It blindfolded or just slapped a sticker on it because after buying new tires and practically rebuilding the front suspension it is a pretty nice car. Now. Before that you couldn't drive it before the car started shimmying like you were driving over an endless amount of speed bumps. Do not recommend this place.

Called with a question only to get a question for an answer. Then informed the car I wanted was sold. Still didn't get an answer to my original question which was about financing not the car. Thanks for nothing...and take cars off the net if they are sold!

We drove 5 hours after being told everything was great with the car we wanted. To only find that the car was a mess. The bumpers were held together with zip ties. The exhaust was a mess, tail lights was busted and felt like it would fall out as soon as u hit a descent bump. Scratched to H E doubled hockey sticks and back. Floors on the car was a sopping mess of dirty stinking water. They denied they where unaware of any problems that it had to be good enough to pass an inspection. No apology or anything for wasting my time or money to drive all the way there for something they should have been honest with me about the shape of this vehicle. I would never recommend any one to them... very dirty business!
