Mr. Alex Salgado made sure I left the dealership with my new SUV happy & content. I came when the power was out after the storm but he made sure I got to see the two cars I came for after looking at the two online. He made sure to update me every day until I left home with my new SUV, he never pressured me to look at other cars, and understood I had a budget. The finance team was also amazing, they also went above and beyond, I got approved at 3-4 banks and they made sure to give me the best deal while working with these banks. I left the dealership happy with my car & extended warranty that didn’t cost much. I’m so happy I came here! My trade-in went smoothly as well!! Thanks to everyone who worked with me!!

We never met Kevin Borts at the dealership. Ed A wasn’t real knowledgeable about some things, but I don’t even remember all the details now. Ed was very helpful in explaining features of the car. I was helping a refugee couple when they came to buy it. The loan guy-Michael?-was annoying trying to sell a bunch of extended warranties; he had nothing in writing to show us so could think about it. It was a huge waste of time.

The last couple of visits there seems to be some confusion about what work is a really being done on my vehicle. It was obviously awkward for the service advisors, but I'm seriously considering finding another shop to service my car. I bought my last 3 new cars from Corwin so it makes it harder.
