I'm rather upset because the 1 of the 2 remotes sold with

I'm rather upset because the 1 of the 2 remotes sold with vehicle didn't work. And wouldn't program them because a Chevy and not Toyota. Went to Chevy dealer to have done and the one remote wasn't even for my vehicle. So I had to purchase the correct remote and have it programmed. This expense should have been covered with vehicle purchase. I agreed to having 2 working remotes and I didn't not get that. It cost me $360 to get a remote for my vehicle and was told by your dealership since it not a Chevy you are not reliable. That is bullcrap. I was suppose to have 2 remotes. I signed the paper saying had 2 working remotes!!! Will not recommend anyone buying a vehicle there ever!!

Wait time for service is way too long even with a scheduled appointment! Expect to spend 2-4 hours waiting for oil change and tire rotation!

Very pleasant experience.

Very pleasant experience. Nice waiting area as well. Repaired a driver side windshield wiper. Very timely as we ended up driving in rain the next morning.

Waited almost two hours for an oil change, tire rotation

Waited almost two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and lightbulb replacement and only left with an oil change. Was told they don’t have the special key to get my tires off my car for the rotation, but at the two previous oil changes they didn’t have this issue. I also never got the lightbulb replaced because Infinity brought them the wrong bulb twice, so they decided not to do it after that.

They were both extremely reasonable on how much I paid.

They were both extremely reasonable on how much I paid. Robert who helped me with any additional warranties or add ons was extremely delightful as well! It was a wonderful experience and I will be recommending Virginia to future customers at Corwin Toyota. Thank you!
