I had this appointment on Saturday. It took the dealership about two hours to complete the scheduled oil change.

No one called when service was completed on car. We finally called there at 5:15 and Barely made pickup before closing.

I was told it would be about an hour for my oil change

I was told it would be about an hour for my oil change and tire rotation (I had an appointment scheduled). At 2 hrs 20 minutes I couldn't find anyone and had to call service. It went to rosen nissan next door. Found out I was forgotten about and person said he was the only person there. I was not charged for the service, but even so that was a horrible experience.

I would recommend this business,, but when I was quoted a

I would recommend this business,, but when I was quoted a price, they surprised me by not telling me about the labor charges. I would recommend the service people make sure they do that for all services in the future.

The main complaint was concerning the shuttle service.

The main complaint was concerning the shuttle service. It was very unreliable and it caused us some grief cause we had a rearrange appointments. One more thing they seem to have overlooked as having the car washed after service. Otherwise the oil change was fine.
