Give Caledonia Fox Chevrolet a try!!!
I was ready for a new vehicle, so I stopped by Fox to see Shane. What a great salesperson. He sees to all your needs and questions, he even gives you valuable information that you don’t always think of when getting a new vehicle. After explaining what I was looking for and taking his advice into his consideration, we decided on the model and he set about finding me one. Within a couple weeks I had my vehicle, wow. Then came the paperwork, oh boy, not what everyone looks forward to. I had an eleven o’clock appointment with Keegan and before noon I was on my way. She had all the paperwork prepared up front, explained as we went and we were finished in no time. She was very friendly and made the task seem quite easy. This was my third consecutive purchase from Caledonia Fox Chevrolet, so I can also give great reviews to the service department and unfortunately, yes even the body shop. I am always treated professionally.

Recall work
Customer service was horrible no one let me know when my truck was done I finally asked after an hour of sitting here waiting if it was done and the customer service representative told me if the keys are in the truck it's done it's not like we give you paperwork for a recall repair and there was only a few employees that have masks on and it is a state mandatory and the customer service representative didn't even get up from her desk to talk me very disappointed in the fox way of business

oil Change
Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.

Friendly and knowledge
We love the loaner car feature, this takes away the inconvenience of servicing your vehicle. They are quick to get your vehicle in for a service appointment and back to you. No one likes to have to service their vehicle but Fox takes away some of the stress.

It was good . Could use more parking at caledonia location and exspensive oil change. But overall i was satisfied except for 60 dollar oil change
