I have purchased nine new Kia vehicles over the past few years. This purchase from Kadlec Kia in Rochester MN has been the best of all. I traded my Telluride on a new 2022 Telluride. It was a surprise 20 year anniversary gift for my wife. Brenden, Mike, and Chuck provided me with a new, option loaded Telluride when the other 7 dealerships I had been working with said it would be a 6 to 8 month wait. I live about 3 and half hours from the dealership. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me do all the paperwork online so I only had to make one trip to the dealership to make the trade. Once I arrived at the dealership the whole process went extremely fast but also thorough. I was in and out and on my way home with the best Kia vehicle I have owned so far! Thank you Kadlec Kia!! I will make sure I tell everyone who asks about our gorgeous new Telluride it is worth the drive to MN to visit Kadlec Kia dealership.

As I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time at the service department of Tom Kadlec Kia, Rochester, Minnesota, USA, Earth, I was greeted by Jason Norby and Ken Gustafson, both working there. Jason indicated that in about 10 minutes the oil change/lube bay being used would be empty with some work performed there as we spoke. I agreed to have the service performed and he said in about an hour my car would be finished. Took off for a short walk around the dealership showroom (where I bought this wonderful 2017 KIA Optima) last August 2020, and checked their latest models (K6, Soul, Rio, etc.) on display. Afterwards, I decided to seek the comfort of a sofa set located on the north end of the building and settled for Android time. Prior to that I also had checked at home their most-advanced electric car model (NO ONE Expected Kia's EV to CRUSH the Competition - Here's how they will do it... - YouTube) which is a spellbinding and breakthrough concept in its own right. As a global company KIA Motors has certainly developed and manufactured a series of well-positioned automobiles which, frankly, for the prices charged to consumers makes their comprehensive lineup composite offer totally outstanding, and this without factoring in well-deserved consumer survey results, market awards, etc. I would ask anyone to fully discover and appreciate this originally South Korean industrial gem. The affable interaction between Parts Dept. Specialist Marcus Delfs and I produced the desired results when I got a set of 04 valve stems covers (Kia Part No.: UM011AY0BK) for the 16” tires mounted on my 2017 KIA Optima FE LX vehicle, purchased precisely at this Tom Kadlec Kia dealership in August 2020. Now, my wife Deb wanted to see if I was paying too much but, unlike me (got this right away: https://www.kiapartsnow.com/genuine/kia-valve-cap-wht-k~um011ay0bk.html with slightly lower price), couldn’t find any related info via her iPhone search. So, for the service, promptness, and high quality and responsiveness of the transaction I could care less if my local dealer charges a few more dimes. We have been told it is a good idea to shop local, which unfortunately it has been destroyed (and more to come in terms of disappearance of face-to-face contact trading) being fast replaced by impersonal monitor/camera/mic inputs/actions, like what I am doing right now. We have many things in common since Tom Kadlec Honda was once my employer. This place is still in a different business location than Tom Kadlec Kia now occupying its former locale. In any case, TKK always exceeds my expectations for a great and reliable entity on which to trust a dedicated group of qualified automotive technicians is in charge. Highly recommend these fine folks for any type of mechanical / body work at any time. My compliments on a job well done.

I live in Ankeny, IA and this dealership is advertising a certified Kia Sedona SX. I worked with Chuck Mix to begin the purchase process 2 days ago. I took vacation to drive up and complete the purchase today, but I discovered about $4k in undisclosed damage to the vehicle upon my arrival. The vehicle was also not washed or cleaned out. I had made an appointment for 2pm this afternoon. The passenger side rocker panel is dented, creased, and rusting the length of the panel,, there are 2 grapefruit sized dents with scratches on the roof,, the rear bumper is dented, and there were multiple paint scuffs on the vehicle.. There was also yellow paint splatters on the front and down the drivers side that I did not take pictures of. I spent $50 in fuel, 6hours driving,, and a half day of vacation to complete the transaction which the dealership falsely claimed is certified. The salesman lied about the paint on the front of the vehicle and did not disclose any of the damage.

Sincere thanks to Mason in the service department. I was a "walk-in" from out of town with a warning light on that would have cost me $5k if he would not have taken the time to look up my warranty policy. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks Mason!

Found my 2017 Kia Soul , Caribbean Blue for a great deal here. E-mailed and called from WI several times to get information about the car. We decided to drive to dealer, and they held the car for us until we could get there 3 days later. Great sales rep Peyton, took care of us, answering all of out questions -on the phone and when we finally arrived. Long drive but I have my Soul and had a great buying experience. Thank you

Dishonest sales team, abysmal communication. Will not honor the terms they agreed to. Avoid this dealership and buy from the Minneapolis area where the salespeople are more honest.

My experience at Tom Kadalec Kia in Rochester was wonderful, I leased a car before there and was happy. The second time around was even better.
