2017 Kia Optima
Jake A. is very professional. He explained buying and leasing and came up with the best option for me. He got me the most car with the options that I requested and stayed within my price point. He explained all the bells and whistles that my Kia Optima has and answered all my questions. Missy in the finance department was friendly, fast and explained all the details of my lease. They both took their time with me and I did not feel rushed even though it was after hours on Saturday night when I was getting my car. Highly recommended and will purchase next car there.

Very dissatisfied
My husband and I drove an hour to go look at a vehicle Kia dealership had back in April 2017 on a Saturday. We test drove the car and we liked it. Low miles, newer but still used. Price wasn't to bad. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed on the car and we were told they would be addressed on Monday (2 days later). We told them we would be down there around 1pm. We had no phone call, no communication nothing. So we drove down there and we were told our new car we just purchased 2 days prior still wasn't fixed. So we were told we could take the car we traded in (our previous car back for the week) and then someone would drive the new car back up to where we live at the end of the week. We opted out of this and said we'd bring the car back on Friday (4 days later) because that's when they said the part would be in. Again no phone call, no communication nothing. So I took off work as planned, drove down there and sat there for a half an hour until someone came and told us our part didn't arrive. They said it was on its way down from the cities and they would have my car fixed. So my husband and I went to lunch and drove around town. About 4 hours later we get a phone call saying the part still hasn't arrived and they will have to keep my new vehicle the whole weekend and it would get fixed on Monday. So after a week of buying this new car I had to have a rental all weekend. We were told that the car would get fixed on Monday and we had no call, no car on Monday. We finally got a hold of someone on Tuesday and they said the car would be fixed on Tuesday. Finally on Wednesday a week and a half after buying this car I finally got it back. I continued to be told that they apologize for the inconvenience, etc. and that we would be comped somehow for our troubles of back and forth driving. Well its been 3 months and we still haven't received anything. I have called numerous times and have been told yup its in the mail, yup its in the mail. Guess its coming from a different country. I would not recommend this dealership at all. The communication is horrible, we feel like all the wanted was our money and now that we are gone we are being swept under the rug. This is not alright. No one should be treated like this. We had to put quite a bit of money down for this car, because the dealership only would work with us so much. Find another dealership than this one.

Love my Kia Soul!!
I went in originally to get information on financing and rebates. Mike threw out a bunch of numbers, there was a big miscommunication on his part. Thanks to John Prinzing the manager, for straighting things out and making it right. I LOVE my Kia Soul and would go back to this dealership. My caution is to make sure you and your sales person are on the same page and get EVERYTHING in writing.

Great lease offer

GREAT BUYINGEXPERIENCE

Went to Kia because my daughter had good luck with them. Not really looking to buy just looking for cars we like. Skylar was eager to help, asked us what we were looking for brought us 2 cars to test drive. Ending up leasing a Kia Sportage. Skylar took his time with was very informative and friendly. The deal took longer than normal because how busy Kia was but Skylar keep checking on us to keep us informed on how much longer it would be. I'd buy a car or tell my friends to deal with Skylar.
