Please be careful I wish we had been. My wife and I went to this dealership hoping to buy a car, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being pressured into a deal we weren’t comfortable with. When things didn’t go as planned, we got the runaround, especially from Andy, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, the car we bought started having problems within a month. When I went back to ask for help, I was basically told it wasn’t their problem anymore. They also pushed us into a warranty we didn’t want, and trying to cancel it has been nothing but frustration and delays. What really shocked us was discovering that fake reviews were posted online under my wife's name reviews we never wrote. It’s clear they’re using these fake reviews to build a false reputation, and that’s honestly disturbing. This was one of the worst customer experiences we’ve ever had. If you're thinking about doing business with them, please be cautious. I’m sharing this in hopes that others don’t end up in the same situation.

Stay far away from these people they are scammers and lairs, they will sell you a car that works for a week and breaks down and when you go to them they tell you ,its your responsibility. The sales guy Andy is a crook hes lies alot,they sold us a car that was trash the first time took it back to them ,they sold us another car that had misfires ,in 2 weeks after we took it back to them they said they cant fix it and that the warranty they force on us covers it. The give us the run around at the end of the day I have to fix a car that is not working properly and still pay the bank . they are thieves ,they will scam you beware if I have seen the previous reviews I would have stay far from them.

xxxx place to buy your car . I purchased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti AWD from your dealership on February 22, 2025. I only had a single test drive, and the sales staff did not inform me of any issues with the vehicle. Ten days after purchasing the car, on March 5, 2025, the "Check Engine" light came on while I was driving. I visited Pep Boys and the official Alfa Romeo service center, and was told the turbocharger was damaged. Additionally, I took the car to another repair shop for a full inspection, and they found the following serious issues: Rear brake pads are severely worn, almost gone. Coolant leak. Front tires have cracks on the inside sidewall, exposing the cords. The vehicle failed the PA Safety Inspection due to damaged tires. The left front wheel is missing a lug bolt. Rear tires also have cracks on the inside sidewall, exposing the cords. It is important to note that I have only driven the car for about 200 miles since purchasing it, and these issues clearly existed prior to my purchase. I feel misled and deeply frustrated as these problems were not disclosed at the time of sale. what worse, I call then try to find a peace solution, asking whether they will take charge of it, they started to make fun of me , they say the car got no problem because i got a test drive. And i say do you need that report? They say the car have no problem and refuse to see the checking report. And one of them even say congratulations.

worst experience ever buying a car !
worst experience ever buying a car !! lets start off with me getting my registration and it have a completely different vehicle on it than bought ! then within days there has been problems ,i got stranded on 95 because the car was not in the condition i was told …. i had coolant leaking from the car , i needed fuel pressure censers , fuel injectors, and sparks plugs all in total cost me over 4000$ because the warranty is useless ! i was told i had full warranty but when it was time to take to the shop i was told it was not , andy told me straight up “there’s nothing he could do” ! worst customer service ever and will not ever recommend or return here

For information purposes I am in a position that I need
For information purposes I am in a position that I need to buy a car in the near further and have been test driving cars every day this week. I just took time off work and got a Uber to this location after confirming that the SUVs that I was interested in were available. My plan was look/drive at several cars on the lot and was extremely interested in one of the cars. When I asked to drive the car that was interested in, I was not allowed to unless I ran a credit check and went over financing. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have never been forced to go over financing option prior to deciding that I wanted to purchase . No other lot that I have visited this week forced going over financing prior to starting the engine or test driving the car. This experience was a waste of my time and money (took a cab) If this is company policy then I will find another dealer to work I hope other people do not waste there time like I did

Literally sold me a car that shut down on me 5 days in.
Literally sold me a car that shut down on me 5 days in. They gave me a hard time about giving me a different car or even just giving me a loaner car. The communication with and their mechanics was the most frustrating situation I ever had to deal with. My cars took 3 weeks to fix. The mechanics couldn’t communicate to me as to what was wrong with the car. My car got “fixed” and I didnt even make it down the block. When it was finally fixed, a month later my A/C stop working. And now my check engine light is on once again.

I bye a car from 1 ovner car they are liars they sell broken cars I got a Jetta 2016 from them after 5 days broken they don’t even care my car most of the time it’s in a shop I have to pay from my packe I spend so much money for pice off shift

Bad Decision 2.0
Bad Decision. 2016 Mazda 6 They will sell their customers any vehicle regardless of condition. Currently vehicle had to be towed due to possible bad TCM. Deck screws use to attached front bumper. Missing wheel well liner. Car note is due and I have no running car. Bad decision on my part. Lesson learned the hard way
