Dealt with Burak. He was very easy to work with. Visited more than once and asked for multiple test drives. Accommodated all our requests in a straightforward and helpful manner. Cars we drove were as well presented as possible: they had been cleaned and detailed. Buying process went very smoothly. We did not require financing, so I can't speak to that service, but everything else was taken care of efficiently. Three day buy back policy is great. Allows buyer to have the car seen by a mechanic if desired. Willing to negotiate on price, but this is somewhat made up by higher tag and title fees than I've encountered elsewhere. Still, the overall price was in our range and we are happy with the car we purchased for our daughter. I would definitely check them out again if I were buying another used car.

Derrick and Bryan were very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I had my eye on a 2000 Mazda Protege. However, it was apparent during the test drive that the alignment was noticeably off center. Bryan was very courteous about this issue, to the point that he called the local Pep Boys, put the call on speaker phone so that I could hear for myself, and took their price for the realignment off of the ticket price. It showed me that they were willing to be as transparent (fair) as possible. It was definitely one of the better experiences I've had at a used car dealership.

Derek was really helpful guy and he answered my all questions he wasn't pushy at all and his brother he took care of all process with his experience and I got my 2010 Ford Fusion from them with amazing deal , these young guys are honest and have really good inventory with reasonable prices !! It's refreshing to meet a car dealer who is a straight shooter, gets right to the point. The car I bought was already at a very fair price, avoiding all that crappy haggling. Burach is warm and welcoming and very accommodating. they even drove me to bank and to tag store. All the cars on the lot are in really great shape.
