Easily, the rudest people I have ever worked with!

Easily, the rudest people I have ever worked with! Was told four days in a row that I would have a virtual appointment and every day I would have to follow up with no help. Spoke to the sales manager Christine three days in a row promising things that never came through and each time I had a follow up with her instead. I don’t think they want to do much business by the way they conduct themselves.

WARNING ALERT!

WARNING ALERT!⚠️PLEASE! Be careful !with this business. After making me believe that they were selling a pickup truck with a snow shovel included and they agreed to install it. And they had put this in the loan along with the price of the maneuver. then buy, they did not call me to make the installation appointment and when I called to follow up they told me that the shovel does not have the mounters and installation is not possible. Therefore they had inflated the price for a shovel that he cannot use. I called the bank to notify that the price is not real since I could not keep the shovel and when making the change. The bank suspected the scam and canceled my loan. . Now they are looking for another side and the alerts in my email do not stop warning that my credit is being reviewed in several banks over and over again. I have tried to get them to stop this and cancel everything and they tell me that I have to pay more than $2,000 for the sales and registration taxes... I check with the registration department and they explain to me that the cancellation is done online very easily and the money is returned to dealer. In other words, this business is not honest, and they make scams to sell... Right now the pickup is at the dealer even in my name. I can't get it off my insurance until they cancel everything.suspected this purchase will be a nightmare in court. TERRIBLE experience for TRUST 😭😡

Here at auto center I purchased a 2012 Veloster. I was very impressed by the customer service and the constant assistance i had received, As an 18 year old I was well aware of the possibility of getting taken advantage of but here they treated me with respect and I gave it likewise. I appreciated what they did for me here and the amount of time and effort they devoted to my needs.

I regret to share my recent experience at Auto Center

I regret to share my recent experience at Auto Center Sales & Service and feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit. Upon entering the dealership, I was hopeful for a positive interaction in search of a new vehicle. However, the encounter took a turn for the worse during my negotiation with the the general manager named Matt. Unfortunately, I found the general manager to be not only unprofessional but also downright rude. When the sales manager consulted with the general manager regarding the negotiation, the tone of the conversation became notably hostile. It was disheartening to perceive an air of hostility, and I felt indirectly pressured to leave the premises. While I believe that every customer should be treated fairly and with respect, I couldn't help but wonder if the unpleasant tone of the interaction was influenced by factors beyond the negotiation itself. It's disappointing to consider that there may have been a bias, especially given that I am of Spanish descent and the general manager Matt is of a different background. Regardless of the reasons behind the behavior, such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. Customer satisfaction should be a priority for any reputable establishment, and unfortunately, my experience at this dealer fell short of even basic expectations. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the dealership to address these concerns and work towards providing a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.
