Best experience I've had at a dealership

1st time buying a car in over 10 years. Sharon was warm, welcoming and thoroughly professional. And at the sign of the purchase Jeff explained every single detail and thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I had. This has honestly been the best experience at a car dealership I've ever had. I felt really well taken care of and overall the entire staff was incredible! I highly recommend this dealership to any who is looking to buy their next vehicle!!!

Was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!

Was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! We were able to find a vehicle, call about the vehicle, got a time to look at vehicle. Was not pressured at all, but they made it so easy just to buy!

Great car Dealer

Sharon and Jeff did a great job. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend this dealer 100 percent of the time. Come down for yourself and see , you won’t be disappointed.

In small matters as large...

On Monday I Scheduled an appointment via TrueCar to test drive a car (that Friday). AutoCenter sent by email formal invite the next day. I confirmed on line and got confirmation email (Sharon Welsh who, it turns out does not exist there) AutoCenter sent a reminder the night before reminding me of the Appointment. So far, so professional. This morning, Friday, I travelled all the way down with my wife. When I walked in for the appointment they said, "Sorry. The car is sold." Not cool. They could have emailed or called. I feel very disrespected and write this to give folks a heads up. JD

I had a great experience at Autocenter Sales and Service.

I had a great experience at Autocenter Sales and Service. I worked with Eric who was friendly and professional and made the car buying process fast and smooth. He was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and very helpful.. They made sure the process of purchasing my vehicle was smooth. I would definitely come back. Thanks for EVERYTHING!!

Recently purchased a vehicle and the process was painful.

Recently purchased a vehicle and the process was painful. Very rude customer service and hostile (the hostility didn’t come till after I gave them the check for the vehicle) but whatever it’s what I expected honestly. Was relieved to have been done with the process, but unfortunately two months after I had purchased the vehicle, my rear brake went. With a used car I expected there would be an issue, so it wasn’t bothersome. I take it to a mechanic that’s much closer to me and he informs me the brake pad was the wrong size to begin with for my vehicle. My brake pad completely fell off which led to further damaging my rotor and caliper. So before I have him fix it I call the service center for Autocenter and tell them what my mechanic told me and I was immediately met with hostility telling me I have no idea what I’m talking about (they’re right but my mechanic did.) They demanded I bring the vehicle back to them for the warranty. I refused to bring back my family vehicle to somewhere being hostile and telling me I have no idea what I’m talking about as if the brakes never even had an issue to begin with. I was fortunate enough to be able to take it to a reliable mechanic a pay out of pocket for that expense but now they will not reimburse or even split the bill with me. I understand the warranty policy but it wouldn’t have been in good conscience to bring my family vehicle back to a dealership that i was only met with hostility. Shame on them and I hope this message reaches other customers looking for a family vehicle or for anyone at all and stay away from this place or you’ll have more unexpected expenses along with a lot of stress. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Att: also have heard from a friend who bought a vehicle through them more recently and she is going through so much stress with them currently. After they got the check from her DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Awful dealer wouldn’t recommend bought truck from these

Awful dealer wouldn’t recommend bought truck from these guys found a few things wrong they promised to fix was fixed half-xxx and service manager very unpleasant. Two days after buying, the truck was towing and the trailer hitch was fully rotted out. They would not fix it and fought me about it. Also, one of the rims need to be painted. And they use spray paint would not recommend this dealer.

Getting a used car

Returning customer. Relatively quick interactions. Sharon was a solid help. Helped breakdown every detail so you weren’t confused or lost on any subject. Very quick and understanding while I had to make a few phone calls. Respectful and honest about the whole ordeal. Would definitely recommend based on good service alone.

I'm very happy for my new car

Emmet is one of a kind, he helped me and my family get the perfect car, awesome guy, very patient and smart. Very well spoken, someone who knows what he’s talking about, 100% . Nice service, excellent attention and they gave us many options to choose. Definitely coming back to trade or buy a new one.
