service needed

came in to determine the problem with my very slow get up to speed,, found it needed transmission,, Callie connected me with Steve and with his patience I bought a 2015 SOUL.

Cant ask for better

The dealership from sales ,finance, service.... has always treated us exceptional!! From a recall notice to regular maintenance, we could not ask for better and timely service

Upgrading to a newer Forte

My experience at Jenkins KIA was probably one of the better I have ever had buying a car.Steve asked all the right questions to help fit the perfect car for me. Also, at the same time he built a confidence in the Jenkins dealership. I appreciated that. After I chose the cat I wanted he helped make it affordable for me. I am very pleased experience at Jenkins and with Steve.

Was told of all the amnities and length of time met

popcorn donuts water and length of time provided. Explanation of service explained . Both key remotes fixed and entry to car are a success. Next appointment was made for oil change.

First visit to Jenkins! New to Ocala, moved here from southern Indiana. Fantastic experience. Given a tour and introduced to employees. Everyone so kind. Looking forward to moving with Jenkins.

Homelink replacement and recall service - Excellent visit

a few days before my scheduled appointment to install a recall part, my Homelink stopped working. I called to update the appointment to also fix the Homelink with no issues. At Jenkins Kia Service, Mike Ferrari quickly wrote up the service order with no issues. I waited in the customer lounge enjoying a doughnut & drink for lunch. Mike came to tell me that they had a replacement mirror with Homelink in stock, and installed it along with the scheduled recall part in 1.5 hr, half an hour earlier than projected. All was covered under warranty. When I got home & reprogrammed the Homelink all was working again. My wife & I were very happy since we need the Homelink to get in our gated community & for the garage door opener since the other remotes are needed on other vehicles.
