tim koehler was very knowledgeable and worked with me on a new soul purchase...i came to view used cars but really liked the 2018 soul...guy rodas in finance finished the deal and again was very knowledgeable and both very professional....you can't go wrong with a kia or the jenkins auto group...and to close this review, the soul is one great vehicle...could not believe the head and leg room and smooth ride....

Kia Sorento
The salesman was very friendly and informative. He was very through in showing me how everything works. The new showroom looks great. The only negative feeling I have is that I didn’t receive all the rebates that were offered on the website.

New dealership
As far as only being open for about a week the Employees seemed genuinely happy and cheerful .The dealership as clean as you would expect there was hardly a trace of "construction debris" which was quite a pleasant surprise The showroom was very nice and the large window in the waiting room to watch the service techs was a nice feature

Excellent Service
Mike Ferrari pleasantly greeted my wife and I upon arrival at 7:55 AM he asked what service we were having done then he told me about two campaigns that were required on my vehicle and did I want them completed, I said yes he said could take awhile and that the vehicle should be ready for me about 10:30 AM is that okay, I said yes it needs to be done we will be waiting. Mike took us on a tour of the new facility which is very nice and bright all state of the art with docking stations, TV, monitor for a childs room, complimentary coffee & doughnuts, vending machines and so much more! To my surprise the vehicle was ready at about 9 AM and Mike took us to Kristen (she was so nice) she completed our paper work, asked if Mike offered us the shuttle I said not to my knowledge and she looked at the time and said we arrived before the shuttle began, I said no problem I wanted to wait then she thanked us and we were on our way. Jenkins Kia of Ocala has the best overall customer service.

Customer service
Try Kia Jenkins of Ocala. They’re staff is helpful, catering and professional. They offer a complimentary shuttle even if you’re only going to be there a few hours. Their state of the art customer service area offers many charging docks for electronics, complimentary snacks, waters, vending machines and a kiddy room that has a video camera so you can relax outside the kids’ room and watch them play, One side of the serve area is glass so you can watch them service your car if your interested. I don’t dread taking my family with me to have service done. Their up-to-date on recalls and tell you what maintenance you might need in the near future. They send coupons for oil services, tire rotation, etc. Lance Ganskey and Callie Zimmerman are a total asset to this dealership. They’re both knowledgeable and professional; while personable at the same time. I recommended a friend to go see them and she also walked out with a new Kia. You can’t beat the customer service at Jenkins Kia of Ocala.

Great experience
This dealership has by far been one of the best I have ever visited. Salesmen, finance personnel and sales managers were all part of a great experience for me. No one pressured, hurried, or tried to pick which vehicle I should by. In fact they went beyond to get me the bedt finance deal aviable, made sure the car I chose was the one I wanted. The sales manager was great at assisting me to get a great down payment and between him and the finance department a monthly payment I could afford. Thank you all for a great experience in car buying. And their new dealership is a great place to hang out in while waiting for your car to be worked on or for whatever your there for. Great envitoment, great team of people to work with.
