Service recall

They provided quick and courteous service while i was there. They gave me a tour of the new facility which is wonderful. Coffee, cold drinks, donuts and a window into the shop to see progress on your car. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Remington is awesome!

Our situation was less then ideal but Remington got it done. Most of my experience was amazing and I love my first new car! I will definitely recommend Jenkins to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Felt like a valued customer

Had routine service done on my Kia Soul in the new building. Service advisor detailed what was due for my vehicle and then gave me a tour of the new facility so that I would have a pleasant wait while the work was being performed. Work was completed in a very timely manner and I was on my way.

Head for Jenkins Kia!!

Giving Jenkins Kia of Ocala anything less than a 10 would be a Great disservice to them as they are absolutely the Greatest. Over the years I have had the opportunity to deal with many different car dealerships and Jenkins by far surpasses any car dealership that I have ever been too. Mike F. is absolutely The Greatest. We really like our new car.

Our salesman Jae was very professional and helpful He did a very good job helping us to decide on whether to buy this car. We had several good options with other dealerships. He is an excellent salesman. We had concerns because the car arrived at the dealership in December, 2016 and was still listed as a new car because it had not been titled. We were told that this is because it had been taken to another lot and was forgotten. All of the 2017 Sedona's had been sold. That gave us concerns about the car being damaged from not being moved if it had been forgotten. I called for a sales manager and was given the Internet Sales manager - we had found the car on the internet. I asked that all of the car be inspected to be sure all systems were working. We received written notice that the car was inspected and a new battery was installed. Daniel was very helpful on our first phone call checking on cars available- but we were coming on his day off. We had made an appointment with the Internet group for a test drive. Callie has been very helpful.

I had a great visit for a recall.

I came for a recall on my Kia Soul, Agent said it would take about an hour. It took less. agent was very polite and informative. Another good visit to the Service Department.
