Had a good experience with iDrive when I went in to pick up my new truck. They were very easy to work with and helped me get the truck I wanted.

This will be my third time buying a truck from iDrive. They take care of me every time I come in and this last time was a great experience just like the others I've had in the past. I won't go anywhere else to buy a truck! Great place.

I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, but Lance listened to what I needed and we were able to find the perfect truck for me. Very easy going. I will be returning to idrive for my next truck and recommend giving them a shot if you are looking for a nice truck.

We had a great time purchasing our new truck at idrive. The experience didn't feel like any other dealer experience that my husband and I have had in the past. One of the managers, Freddy made sure we were being taken care of properly and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. The environment was very low pressure which made our buying experience a walk in the park.

I have followed i Drive on Instagram for a long time now and have seen the cool trucks they post. The time came when I was ready to buy my next truck so I called them. I told them what time I was coming in and what trucks I wanted to look at. They had the trucks ready for me to see and immediately began to work on a trade in value for my truck. Got a fair number on my truck and good price on my new truck with all the modifications that I wanted already done. Quick, easy, and down to earth guys. A

We had an overall good experience at idrive. I bought a 2018 F-250 from them. It already had a lift on it with new wheels and tires which was very appealing because I didn't want to have to do all that myself. Sales staff was very friendly and was in and out in no time. Would recommend.

Worst buying experience we have ever had. Buyer beware. Drove 4 hours on a Saturday to see a specific truck and decided to buy it. During the process we were told they noticed one rim on the truck was different than the others. They wrote us a “we owe” for the rim to match. They were very busy and we understand that but they rushed through the paperwork with us and did not explain any of the “additional” charges the company places on the vehicles. We were at this dealership 7 hours to buy a truck, that was way to long. After getting the keys we left and went to eat before heading home. Once we had settled we noticed discrepancies in the paperwork. We had been over charged $200 for the after market warranty and $699 for the truck itself. We immediately called the dealership and were assured they would fix everything Monday. No call Monday. Tuesday they said they would fix the over charges before submitting the paperwork to the credit union. Wednesday we got a text from the credit union congratulating us on the new loan. After 2 weeks they finally told us that the $699 was an under carriage spray. They did NOT disclose this during the financing. The $200 is a flat over charge as we have documents saying 2 different amounts. After many calls to the salesman Cole and the manager Anthony, we are still waiting. They also did not get us the lug nut key which cost us an expensive tow. We have been told that the wheel and check for our troubles were in the mail. Yeah right. 2 months, no wheel, no resolution on the over charge. And now they are flat ignoring our calls and will not call back. Shady dealership. You would be a fool to purchase a vehicle from I Drive Utah. If you already have, double check all your paperwork as I am sure you were over charged and ripped off too.

Great truck options. Ended up falling in love with a F-150 and ended up purchasing it the same day. Very quick and easy. Will buy my next truck from them.
