Had issue with AUDI Q7 diesel Had leak of a "Add-Blue"

Had issue with AUDI Q7 diesel Had leak of a "Add-Blue" from the system and maintenance error light. Promptly received the message with the multi-point inspection video and the description of the problem after diagnostic was performed. It was faulty diesel heating reservoir. They replaced it and related hardware. Work was done quickly and with a good quality. It was covered by the extra purchased "Wrap+Plus" warranty. Cost me $0. Also I had all the answers to my additional questions. Got my car back in very reasonable time, considering part ordering waiting time. Want to thanks John at the Service desk and the Mechanics who make this repair happened quickly and with the professional quality. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Outstanding dealership! Good friendly people and great service A+++! Thank you.

My visit on Jan 28th was handled by William who was great. He was professional, prompt, and made my visit stress free. He was friendly & explained everything to me clearly. Also another gentleman, by the name of James, showed good customer service and was very personable. I also appreciate the inside of the dealership being clean and well kept. I have always had a pleasant experience at Audi.

The factory recall was handled in a timely manner with a loaner provided. The initial inspection confirmed the parts had to be replaced. We were fortunate that parts were in stock. Repairs were started on day one and completed late on day two. We made arrangements to return the loaner and pickup of complete car on morning third day .
