    BUYER/CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! I have had one problem after another since I bought my car one year ago!!! They just replaced the pistons, rings, and timing... chain tensioner, once I received my car back the AC display was not displaying properly. Charles from service yelled at me over the phone and I was taken back since one of his service guys broke it. Display was fixed and now my backrest seat does not heat up. (The AC control turns on the heated seat) flash forward two weeks, today I brought my car in and they said it broke and it was a coincidence that it broke while they had it. Over $800 to fix, which I don’t feel I’m responsible for since it worked fine when I brought it in. I spoke to Oscar and he is always friendly and accommodating. I spoke to Gary Bowers the general manager who was very disrespectful. I told him I didn’t like the way he was speaking to me and he didn’t care, he just wanted me out of his office. He was also upset that they fixed the display which they broke. He was very chauvinistic and aggressive with his tone. I doubt he would speak to a man that way. I asked to speak to Tom Harper twice and he told me NO! I will never bring my car back to them for services and/ or purchase another car from them. They are only friendly when they are taking your money. Oscar should be promoted to general manager since he has patience and respect towards customers!

    I had a fantastic experience throughout the whole process of buying my car through Harper Audi online. Tyler responded quickly to all my questions, sent... me photos, and got me in touch with Charles, the service manager when I wanted more details. Charles gave me all the service details which convinced me to purchase the car. Since I am from Michigan, Harper agreed to hold the car until I could get there. Tyler even picked me up from the airport! The car was exactly as described so I bought it. It was super easy! This is a top notch dealership. Everyone I met was helpful and professional. Thank you Mr. Harper for pricing your vehicles at true market pricing and for your employees. Thank you Tyler, Charles, Don, Oscar & Tom! I would definitely recommend your dealership to others. I love the car.
