Indy Auto is definitely the most friendly and helpful dealership I have ever been too. The customer service is outstanding, cars are fairly priced, and they are willing to work with you and help you get that car. 10/10 would recommend. My family and I will definitely be coming back to buy cars/get work done in the future

This place is amazing, most of the cars already have a carfax for them, they all have prices, year, and mileage on the car if you're there on the lot. They also have a website for you to browse. They offer loans to help get a car or they have no problem if you're getting your loan at a bank. And Gary, the gentleman helping me, was with me the entire time, making sure my loan process went through ok. Indy auto imports is such a nice place with good cars, a good amount too, with low prices. Some they even offer warranties on.

Shannon was so personable she helped me find the perfect car for my family. There was no pressure and she actually made the car buying expierence fun!

Jayson did a great job helping my son select his first car. While my son certainly did his own homework, Jayson helped fill in the blanks. He and everyone else at Indy Auto Imports were more up front about the sales process with the Audi A4 we purchased than most new car dealers. I found them to be honest, straight forward with great follow through. Making the whole process quick and easy. Mean while a competing dealer tried the fast talking approach, but they got squashed by the professional approach by Jayson and team. Thanks for your assistance.

Indy Auto Imports started off really strong. The people there greeted us and treated us with respect. We had a small hiccup in financing and that was to be expected on a Saturday afternoon since most financial institutions were closed for the weekend. But we had come to a deal on the car and it was promised to us at $500 short of what was originally listed.
