Excellent, from my salesman with a French lady name, to the people in the maintenance area, Courtney and Matt. The guy who we worked with when buying the car who took the money and did the paperwork was also very nice ( about a year ago).

We always have our minis the service at Ferman, even though it is an hour away from our house. This is mainly due to Courtney, our service representative in the office. She remembers us by name and is always efficient, professional, helpful and friendly.
