They’ve been servicing my Mini Cooper for 7 years. I’ve always felt listened to and cared for every time I bring my car in. Matt Maynard is excellent with customer service! I stay while my car is serviced since I live 45+ minutes away. I will admit to eavesdropping when he’s helping others and have to say he is wonderful with everyone! He has a kind and reassuring telephone voice and makes good eye contact with those at his service desk. I’ve never felt that Fermin Mini took advantage of me or had me do unnecessary work - as a single woman I have to say that is not always the case at car places.
