After thinking about this transaction for a couple of weeks, I am frankly feeling taken advantage of. I did not try to negotiate on price and just came in to buy it at the price I was given of $28,999, plus the usual TT&L. Drove 100 to get the car. After driving the car and agreeing to proceed, I get the paperwork and there is an addition $1567 of add son that I did not ask for or approve (theft protection $269, permaplate $899 - whatever that is, and door edge guard $399). Those adds were not discussed until I was ready to sign the papers. Does that seem a bit shady? I think so! I bought the car because at that point I was emotionally invested, having been looking this kind of vehicle for 4 months, so I proceeded. But this has frankly left a bad impression of Momentum and seems like the typical car sales xx! Not cool.

Purchased a used Model 3 Tesla from Momentum BMW. Very easy experience and our sales associate Blake Bartlett was amazing and extremely professional. He made the entire experience seamless and extremely pleasant.

modern technology. quick and easy paperwork. come in the morning to complete paperwork and have a car to drive home right away.. quick and easy. clear paperwork.. have Vietnamese staff guide you on how to start the car.. then keep customer information confidential.. say it like it is.. one word is one word. understand customer's situation.. that's great..
