Customer service was unmatched!

Customer service was unmatched! We were attended to the moment we walked through the door, and in no time at all, we got the deal we were looking for. We've been life long Mercedes and Cadillac owners. However, after our experience with Caprisha and the BMW Momentum team, we will never drive anything else but Momentum BMW. I only wish I had visited years ago.

I purchased a car and within 7 hours of picking it up it

I purchased a car and within 7 hours of picking it up it was dead. The dealer ship decided to back out of the deal instead of fixing the issue which cost me to lose $350 on adding Sirius Radio to the car. I filed complaints with both the BBB and BMW USA. I will never own a BMW car again

I worked with the best Finance Manager!

I worked with the best Finance Manager! His name is Jason Merchant. When trading in our old 2021 X3 SUV for a BMW SUV 2024; I had refunds coming to us for extended insurances trading in, by cancellation. Since buying from a different BMW, I had to go to original BMW to fill paperwork & request refund. Management (Cory ) there did not help us find our missing checks. He helped send the cancellation papers but I kept leaving messages & no one called us back. He actually ignored my husband as well. Left messages etc. - So we asked Jason, what should we do. Got us through to Sara Ware & received our check in 1-2 days. Jason went beyond what he had to do - I believe he’s the best Finance Mgr I have dealed with. I have also purchased over 10 BMW’s. Jason need a raise- thank you soo much for the awesome help!!! Diana Walker

Incredible experience buying my first BMW. Every person I interacted with, from ordering my car to delivery, was extremely professional and helpful. I’ve bought many cars but never received the level of care and attention to detail like I experienced at Momentum. They just gained a life-long client.

Returned to the MINI family!

Returned to the MINI family! The salesperson, Andre, answered all my questions about the extra features with the Iconic trim. It was a lengthy process but overall worth it.

We recently purchased a BMW from Momentum.

We recently purchased a BMW from Momentum. Nick Nofal was our sales reps and he was excellent to work with. We started the search about five months ago and waited for the perfect car for us. Once we found it he was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. He explained all our financing options and worked with us on our trade in. We'd highly recommended not only Momentum BMW, but Nick as well. We'll definitely consider Momentum again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle.
