Great customer service

Great customer service. The salesperson, sales manager and finance guy that handled my who car buying experience were incredibly patient (I drove numerous vehicles) and attentive. I spent all day at the dealership, but it was also a Saturday and it was busy. Despite the wait, everyone offered us something to drink or snack on. I even got some "swag" with my vehicle purchase (a coffee mug, notebook, pen, toy car, keychains and a coupon to purchase MINI accessories). Before I drove off the lot, the salesperson walked me through the basics of my car and even helped me connect my smartphone to my car via bluetooth. I was also told they would set up a follow-up walk-through to answer any questions about my car.

Appreciated noticing the oil Chang was almost due, the advice, and the manual tire gauge

DANGEROUS CAR

I bought a new BMW 3 series. I've had it for two years. The car has failed and/or malfunctioned on the road while driving it in the last two years. The service center keeps trying to fix it but it is dangerous to drive on the road. I keep telling them it's not safe and to replace the vehicle or release me from it. No one has honored my request at sales or service. I haven't heard from anyone at momentum BMW.

Excellent service!

All the staff were very attentive, allowed me the time I wanted, provided helpful information, and made the process very comfortable and enjoyable.

Scheduled Service visit

The service was prompt and Kris was very knowledgeable about the car. I am still upset that they are always trying to up-sell on service. I do believe that prices from dealers are a little high for non-service agreement services.

Great selection, Great service

Kevin, our client advisor, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Our buying experience was great even though it went late into the evening.

Great Customer Service!

My car was caught in the Houston, TX flood, April 18, 2016. I was both devastated and hurt at the loss of my 2011 Mini Cooper. When I purchased the 2011 Mini Cooper Mr. Walter McNeal explained to me the importance of having Gap insurance which surely came in handy when the car was considered a total loss. I am so very grateful that he knew that I needed this protection and that he took the time to explain it to me. This time was no different, Mr. Walter McNeal was confident and possess the knowledge to guide me through the process. He was very professional and address every question and concern I had during the process. I love my new certified pre owned Mini Cooper. I am very grateful and thankful. Thank you so much Mr. Walter!
