2012 Countryman S ALL4 in for radiator leak. Love my Service Advisor, Kris got my car in/out quick - same day service. She is amazing and knows her Mini's. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my car! Thanks again, Kris!

Dissappointed with service
Service person took off for some days and no one knew the status of my car. No one called me after leaving 3 messages. The car was there for 4 days and the work was not done. I have never had any problems with this dealership until now. I have to take it back for them to finish it. I live 334 miles away, so it is not convenient. This is my third Mini and is the first time I have a problem with service.

Repairs of my car when damaged in a parking lot
Recently you repaired damage to my car in a accident. I'm a recent widow and didn't quite know how to handle the whole procedure. As I had bought the Mini at Momentum I came to you. My customer service man was Edgar Villarreal. His knowledge was so valuable. He helped me step by step. I could not have done it without him. All the repairs were excellent.

Awesome service at momentum mini
Great service, had my a/c stop working all of a sudden, with no appointment they took my car in and repaired it quickly, Kristin the service advisor was great, kept me informed about my car and just in general was awesome, good experience at a dealership will definitely be a returning customer
