Annual Service

I purchased a 2022 Mini last year and brought it in for its annual servicing. They were courteous and even gave us ride to nearby restaurant for lunch while the car was being serviced. They picked us up after lunch and the car was completed shortly afterwards.

Impeccable Service

I have two MINIs: a 2012 MINI Couple and a 2019 MINI Countryman Cooper 5 ALL$. Parker Adams is my go-to Service Advisor. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the service tech, but I can tell you this: Between Parker and the service techs I know my cars are in excellent hands. The needed repairs (which haven't been many, and almost always normal wear) are handled quickly and thoroughly. Can I take my car somewhere else for probably less? Yes, and I have. It never ends well. Highly recommend taking your MINI to folks who understand your car. It's worth it. Thank you, Parker, for all of your and the team's service and care.

2019 Mini Cooper -Duren

Great customer support. Through inspection of my car and best of all, they fixed my CarPlay application. It hasn?t worked since I purchased it in 2019 (In Germany).

Parker Adams is THE MAN!

Amazing location. Willing to to work with their customers every step of the way. Experienced some small hurdles here and there (happens anywhere, really), but Parker Adams made sure each time that I was taken care of and that the job was handled to completion and perfection. I'm a life long customer because of this squad.

Best dealer service experience I have ever had. Parker Adams is super knowledgeable and was great to work with. My Cooper S had a suspension issue for over a year and a half that MINI of Dallas was able to diagnose and fix. Would 100% recommend to any MINI/BMW owners.
