Welcome to the Worst Dealership Experience

There a so called "Sales" rep there named William. I had called them for a specific vehicle and mentioned that we're going to get it about a week ago. He then texted and calls me to let me know it's there. I drive an hour and arrive. I mentioned it to the guy greeting me and says we don't have that car in. He goes and checks and nothing, I show him proof with the messages and doesn't know what to say. This place seriously needs to get restructured with their cluster F&#!# system.

No call backs

Had initially called about a Toyota Tacoma which they sold a day before my appointment to go see it. So, I asked about a 2019 Chevy Colorado they were advertising for 26k-27k and they said they had just received the truck so it would be a few days before I could see it. Waited a few day tried contacting them and nothing. Turns out they raised the price to 32k no wonder they didn't want to talk to me.

Went in for a newer low mileage vehicle advertised on...

Went in for a newer low mileage vehicle advertised on their website, test drove it and could see immediately something was off. Vehicle had 23k miles and already needed an alignment. Also on the lot with scuff marks and needed to be detailed. Went to run numbers after being assured they would correct those issues and initially told payments would be around 350 per month, asked them about negotiating on $995 dealer fee and they come back that the numbers they ran were wrong and payments would now be $470 per month. I don't think so. Online calculators showed it to be around $320 which is what I wanted. They are just playing games, I wasted my time here. Don't bother.

Please be cautious

I showed up with pre-approved financing and they refused to honor the advertised price even though I had the advertisement and it was still currently posted on the internet as I was at the dealership. They claimed that they were offering a wholesale price thousands of dollars lower than the kbb value, but after they ran my credit and presented paperwork it said that the estimated kbb value was almost exactly the price they were asking for the car. Also, they were adding hundreds of dollars worth of fees for inexplicable reasons. First they told me that the dmv fees would be $750 and it was a result of COVID and unavoidable. As negotiations continued and they were lowering prices, magically the dmv fees changed to $535. How? If it was unavoidable and there was nothing to be done then how did it decrease by over $200? It was just an overall very shady experience with possibly illegal tactics that lasted for hours. They do have decent cars there but I would not recommend buying from them.

Helped niece purchase vehicle. Niece and I both gave personal info to dealership. After niece arrived home, discovered she had someone else’s info packet, This includes drivers lic number, address, social, telephone number, references(ie. friends relatives etc) Pretty much everything one would need for ID theft! Give them your info at your own risk

lying salespeople

I would not recommend going though this dealership. They tell you anything to get you to think you’re leaving with the car you’re shopping for that day. Then after all negotiations are done with, they suddenly tell you that you need to put more money down. Even if you and sales person agree beforehand what the down payment is going to be, they tell you that they need more and won’t offer a reason why. Don’t listen to what anyone here is trying to tell you, don’t even waste your time here. Whatever they’re offering you, the won’t deliver on it. Thanks for all your “help” Nicholas Reading.
