Be warned

Very very very long story short. The contract was messed with. The price was changed under the table. And with a trade in we were promised a check and it took 2 weeks for them to tell us we were getting it. The man who sold us the car would not speak with us on the phone.

Nobody home

Over the phone ,service was ok. When we arrived at the dealership on the 4th of July around 11:00 am, no one was to be found. Front doors to lobby were locked. I located the car we were looking for and still no one around. Horrible customer experience in person.

Unprofessional

I thought this place was good, good test drive and customer service. All that was up until I was told they sold the very car I drove over an hour to get the next day. I was told it was placed on hold for me until I showed up. Once I show up I find out they were in the process of selling it. I called twice ahead of time and was told the car was on hold, yet they still did this... I wasted my time making this drive just to find out they sold it. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this place at all. Save your time and money and look somewhere else for a car.

!No bueno! Car falling apart. bad customer service

I drove 2 hrs. To see a car. It had beeen in an accident and was not salvage title. I called the guy ahead of time to make sure that nothing funky was on the car like scratches or missing parts. When I drove up there they hadn't even washed the car yet and it was covered in dust. Dirty and lots of scratches! Really bad scratches, deep scratches. The bottom of the door where the plastic meets the metal was falling off on both sides as if it had had a terrible repair job or patchwork. When I asked the guy helping me, he seemed very uninterested and said he didn't know anything about the car. Not good. It was just a horrible waste of time and bad customer service on top of a super shady car.

Not very responsive

Went in to look at a car that was advertised heavily online, the car was buried so far in the back lot that I couldn't even get in the drivers side of the car, looks like these guys don't care if they sell cars or not, and everything is WAY overpriced. Made them a CASH offer of what the car should book for and never even got a call back.

Not recommended this dealer

It took almost 4 hours to finish the process. After that I have refilled the tire 3 times one month and they didn't change the engine oil for me which mean they didn't do the detail before selling their cars. And I still can not get the title. Even though I have already purchased this car for one month and no temporary plate. They said I am out of California and it took 3 months to process the title. Why you can not just give me the title?

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROY!!

We knew the car we wanted but even over the phone the sales person Roy was very open about the history of the car even though I had not asked those specific questions. He made me a more informed buyer and in person showed to be even more honest. He made the buying process relaxed but thorough. He was really on top of everything and the manager Issac was also helpful and definitely was able to make a deal with us. We feel good about the purchase and really want to strongly recommend Roy. I have never met a sales person quite like that. If only they could all be that way!

Horrible experience

This place is a total joke. The cars are way overpriced and are not willing to deal out all. I sent them two emails and gave him two phone calls which they promised to return once they had an answer to my question. Not one returned email or call ever came back. I had to drive 75 miles to see a piece of junk car that the whole bottom was rusted out of. The salesman promised me on the phone that there was no rust on this vehicle and the clearcoat was good which was also not true. He said the car was perfect but when we got there we found the above plus damage to the left front bumper and the left rear bumper. We waited in the lot for 45 minutes for someone to come out and help us which never happened. This place is the worst.

Great Service

They were very helpful through the phone in helping look for the car I was wanting. I didn't have a great credit score and they still managed to help me get a good deal with the car I bought. They are friendly and they have great deals on vehicles compared to other places. I highly recomend checking this place out if you're looking for a good used car.
