I stopped by the dealership just to look around - I wasn't planning on buying a new car at that time. But from the moment I stepped on the lot and completed the purchase, it was a great experience. Ben greeted me promptly and listened to what I wanted in a new car. The car he showed me was fresh off the delivery truck. It had all the bells & whistles I wanted and was a great color; and I got a great deal on a new vehicle. The sales staff as well as everyone else in the showroom was very welcoming and inviting.

rotated tires without permission and would not give

Having purchased 14 Subarus for us and a few for our children, I am used to getting great customer service and cars, but this buying experience was beyond our expectations--excellent in every respect. Sales, Finance and Training associates showed expertise and strong focus on their customers. Each person that we talked to was professional and accurate, and demonstrated pride in Subaru and their dealership. They held great respect for customers, their staffs--and their dealership teams. Each department and level of supervision clearly appreciated their front line teams, their supervisors, their dealership and corporate support--and Subarus. Focus on customers and teams, guarantees excellent customer experiences . I managed retail operations in a service industry and understand was it takes give exceptional service--Faulkner does too. The car was delivered in immaculate condition with all the features that we wanted.

Emailed immediately when car was listed, asked for more
Emailed immediately when car was listed, asked for more info. Didn't get pics or a reply, but later on got an email from a different agent saying the car was already sold. I've since been deluged with emails on cars I'm not interested in from different agents. PLEASE REMOVE ME! Terrible experience.

second time we purchased a vehicle from this location and each experience was top notch from everyone that we dealt with and the service department that we dealt with for the two years that serviced our Legacy until we traded to an outback was exceptional. would definately buy from them again
