Excellent customer service and attention before, during

Excellent customer service and attention before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle I wanted; even in such a difficult market. From Internet Specialists, Sales Person, Finance, Product Specialist, and even Service ! Definitely worth my 50min drive!

We are pleased with their trade in offer.Our 2022 Outback touring has many new features, which we are enjoying. We are the proud owner of two Outback touring cars.Our salesman, Mason is professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase.

Fake warranty & lemons law cars!

They sold me a warranty for a car and then did not honor the warranty! I went to get the car serviced because they lied to me and told me everything was okay but then 1,000 miles into owning it it started breaking down! The warranty didn’t cover any of the costs but they kept insisting it did but I still had a large bill to pay! They also sold me a car with problems and then lied to me and said it was fine when I asked them about the issues! Their “head technician will take a look”, what a waste of my time and money!

I love this dealership. Everyone is always pleasant, kind and helpful. It is also very clean (rest rooms, snack/coffee area, showroom, service area). It was so nice to be able to get a loaner for the day to fit my schedule and still have my car serviced.

Service people were polite and answered any questions I had. My car was inspected and service in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean also

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

This dealership took full advantage of my son who is 19. First vehicle was 17,000 at the end of the loan he would have paid 30,000. After I went in we did get that figured out but my son went to then again exchanged that vehicle and they put him right back in a terrible position. I went to Faulkner Nissan to purchase a used 99 0r 00 Explorer I guess they thought bc I was a women I did not do my research they wanted 11,000 the vehicle was only worth 5,000. Also contacted the manager who did not return my call but had a salesman respond. I usually do not leave reviews but this dealership is putting young kids in loans that should need a cosigner.

horrible experience

I would never recommend this dealer to anyone I know I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership in my life !

Service was great and done in a timely manner. Very impressed with the waiting area and the fact that they kept you up to date on how the service was progressing

Dealership was supposed to send me my permanent tags....

Dealership was supposed to send me my permanent tags. Its been two months and my temp tags expire tomorrow and still nothing. Cant contact them.
