Not happy!!!!
Buying the car was good but trying to get an answer regarding our registration was awful. I was told to contact PennDot. Bought the car in July and it’s September and still no registration and the temp is about to expire. I got no help from anyone. I’m sorry I bought the car from here and that I gave them a good review.

Really easy to work with, Sakib negotiated a deal that worked out for both of us virtually, and all I had to do was pick up the car. This included some texting back and forth due to meetings I was on for work. He sent a video of the car, and it The car was as described (which is to say perfect). No complaints at all, how often do you hear that about a car dealer :)

This is my second Subaru from. Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. I returned because of the outstanding service they provided for my Legacy (Car #1). When I returned for my second purchase, I was treated like royalty. Most of the sales was quickly and efficiently done electronically. It's always a pleasure doing business with you.

Ascent wouldn't start without a jump, called service about dropping it off that evening, and my car was back to me the next afternoon, and it was all covered under warranty.

waisted time at this Dealership
went here too buy a jeep Grand Cherokee, I test drove it , and made a offer. The salesman didn't even bring the Sales manager out too review, my offer, or even submit the offer. I have bought over 10 new vehicles From the Subaru in Harrisburg, and have never been treated like this. I would never do business at this location. I even emailed there online sales, and General manager, and no response back . and was shown a damaged car, and 2 other cars that were so dirty. Thank you for waiting my Time.

We came in to purchase a new car and were comparing a couple different cars. We were assisted by Austin and had a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond and even drove the car we wanted to compare to another dealership to compare the vehicles side by side. We ended up loving the Subaru Ascent and purchased it that night. Everything went smoothly and all of the employees who helped us were very helpful and informative throughout the whole buying process.
