Outstanding Service from Clarel Choisy!

Outstanding Service from Clarel Choisy! I recently purchased my brand new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV and had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Clarel Choisy at Hendrick Chevrolet. What I thought would be a stressful car buying process turned out to be surprisingly easy and smooth! Clarel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything straightforward. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The whole experience exceeded my expectations - I honestly didn't expect it to go so well. Before I left, Clarel made sure I knew I could reach out if I ever needed anything. That kind of follow-up service really shows they care about their customers beyond just making the sale. Disappointed After a Promising Start I recently

Disappointed After a Promising Start I recently purchased a truck from Rick Hendrick, and initially, the sales experience was smooth and easy. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated how everything was handled during the sale. However, things quickly took a turn. I was told the truck would come with two keys—which is a reasonable expectation when spending over $40,000. Unfortunately, the truck had to stay for two weeks to complete recall work, and when I finally picked it up, I noticed the trailer hitch it originally came with was missing. On top of that, I was told there was no second key after all. I’ve reached out multiple times to follow up, but have received no response. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. It feels like once the papers were signed, the support stopped. The team was quick to make the sale but hasn’t followed through on the promises made.

I went in there to look at a Chevy Trax.

I went in there to look at a Chevy Trax. Felix greeted me in the parking lot and from there on it was a great experience. I am a single woman and very wary about sales pitches. But Felix listen intently about what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I belive I got the best Deal for my money that day, and ran in to a very nice gentleman who was kind and pleasant. DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE HERE. They will lie to sell you a car. I Hate my new Tahoe. My dog almost died soffocated the engine turns off after locking the car. I asked and was told the engine will continue to run so I can leave my dog in it. Well I found out the hard way that’s not true. When I called, I was given the round about. After paying more than $60000 for a cheaty SUV.

Wade, Thanks for your response. You were not there, and don’t know what transpired… I know you need to defend the reputation of your concecionary, but understand that the life of our dog was a stake. When a customer asks for a specific feature Jaclyn should have asked to make sure that in fact the feature was present for sure. I would, if the customer is asking for it and had our dog with us, she even pet him, and had no remorse lying about it to make a sale. Once I bought it, she told me otherwise. Integrity is something I don’t think you should take lightly. She also agreed to give rubber floor mats and the after we negotiated she bail out… I hope she didn’t think we would pay full price to get free mats. Bottom line, we were lied to get a sale and that is not ok in our society. She should have Own it! Again appreciate you taking the time
