The PERSISTENT, CARING, PROFESSIONAL and GOOD-LOOKING CREW
Joe, Ted and the technicians are PHENOMENAL. THEY worked together, to find out what was wrong with my car and considered my hectic work schedule to fix my car in a timely manner. Joe was not only nice to look at, but he would not give up in getting me a rental, so i could get home and work the next day. So thank you so much Joe. Secondly, Ed called me the next day and waited for me, so I could pick up my car. He is patient and caring.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever experienced
The Salesman Carlo Rodriguez was A+ He involved the sales manager who was A+ as well but I have misplaced his card they were professional knowledgeable and friendly There was a price offered that was higher that the Yukon I was considering They asked me where I needed to be and they got close They appraised my Ford Expedition and made a reasonable offer after I got the out the door price for the Suburban Then that was made part of the deal The Finance Producer Robert Spitznagel was organized and professional The car came out detailed and there were no surprises Carlo introduced me to the Service Manager and it was done Drove off with a full tank of gas
