Our other car is a Mercedes and when Rick Hendrick service is measured against MB of Bonita Springs, there is no comparison. With that said, Hendrick got the job done correctly so we're happy with the service. Communication isn't great but our service writer, Terry, is a VERY busy person so it's not like he ignored us. Overall, pretty good.

Everyone was excellent, professional and helpful. Vehicle was taken in on time considering the short notice for service. Everything was explained to me in full.

I bought a CPO Silverado from Lee. I did not feel pressured, over sold, or bombarded with calls like other dealers did. Lee answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge and when he didn’t know, he told me so and researched the answer. I’ve purchased many new and used cars before and this experience with Lee and Rick Hendrick was the best by far.

Ed Mckeon came through again with excellent service. Ed genuinely cares about your needs as a customer and strives to meet that obligation with 100 percent satisfaction. I would also like to recognize diesel mechanic Jerry he has also worked on my cars and always done a very professional job. With employees like Ed and Jerry meeting my expectations and then some makes me want to recommend them and the dealership to my friends thanks for hiring such dedicated employees.

Mark, Austin and Travis were so helpful throughout the auto buying process to make it as simple and stress free as possible. I was in contact with many dealerships but nothing compared to the comfort & care that you feel. If you are looking for a honest and fair dealership this is the place to go.
